At the checkout counter…read moreI overheard a young lady named Sissy talking to a co-worker about the people who work there because they got into trouble and they have to work there. I'm assuming she's talking about people who have to do some sort of community service. She explained that they don't like them out front so they keep them in the back and proceeded to talk about what she assumed their characters were like. It wasn't very complimentary. It wasn't professional. It was not what I expect from a place called Goodwill. My wife mentioned that perhaps someday sissy will find herself stuffed in the back and kept out of view of the public. I hope that doesn't happen but I think it would be important for Sissy to think about the image she projects. She is representing the store and the community. So far she's not doing a great job.
