The day of the service, they charged me $90.00, even though it was, again, 100% covered by my insurance. They never gave me a pregnancy test. They never discussed Expulsion, Uterine perforation, or Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) with me. I fainted during the insertion and Dr. Charles Ryan didn't even NOTICE, and I received no information for a follow up appointment after insertion. 0/10. Do not recommend.

He barely touched my knee and pretty much dismissed anything I said and since "nothing" showed on xray he wanted to give me cortisone shot and send me on my way. Still continued to have major pain in my knee so I went to Titan Orthopedics and even without having MRI, Dr John Lochemes knew I had a torn meniscus. He squeezed/touched/moved my knee several different ways and said he was 99% sure it was torn meniscus, after MRI it was confirmed I actually had 2 tears.
