The salespeople are really friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem like they enjoy their job. They'll discuss the book you're purchasing with you, and happily make more recommendations. I knew the author and title and walked up to the register to ask where I might find it, but the two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't even acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes. When the red-headed female employee did finally acknowledge me, it was with an irritated smirk, as if I was disturbing them. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior was repeated several times before I decided to leave. I have over 30 years experience in business ownership and retail management and this is absolutely no way to treat prospective customers. You should never make a customer wait without being acknowledged while you engage in conversation with another employee or are looking down at the register. When you do engage with a customer, you should be welcoming, friendly and polite. I see from prior reviews that I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of behavior and don't know how they've stayed in business so long with such rude employees. There are no return visits here in my future.

Both employees saw me coming to the sales counter, one made eye contact, and they both walked away to put items on a rack and have a personal conversation. Cool Pawn Shop small but full of treasure…read more was waiting for a Gyro so wandered in to the Pawn shop and looked around, I was in the market for a new Digital Camera, and I saw they had one by Fuji so I checked out that model on line, and it is a couple years old but was running around $120 for a refurbished one, so I was like OK if I can get it for $60 I'm ahead, it was marked 70 but he said give me cash and its yours for 60 plus the governors fee, OK I'm getting it for the price I wanted to pay and don't even have to dicker with him so he hands me the camera to look at and he wanders off to eat his lunch, must be that its a small town that would never happen in Seattle, but what the heck, so after checking it out for a few minutes or so, I told him I would be right back needed to walk over to the bank and get some cash Just got back from Las Vegas and the Camera took some awesome pictures I am totally happy I got it

It's nice to see singles magic cards out for browsing. They've got board games that can be rented to play. Hog Heaven hosts different events throughout the week and month. But we were in today to just casually play with friends and check out the shop. This would be a perfect place to host a birthday party and they do host them here.
