We love Dr. Ferrell, since my daughter has been seeing her from when she was a baby! My daughter is 9 now, so it had been a while that she has been under Dr. Ferrell's care. I made a same-day appt for her and even though it took several call backs, I finally got through to a human rather than a recording. I did leave a message, but I had no idea how long they were going to take, so I just kept calling and calling until someone picked up. They are located close to the main OLOL hospital. Everyone was great at the front desk and the nurse were so sweet. I hope Dr. Ferrell will remain for awhile because there because she is a wonderful doctor.
