Within an hour from making the appointment, another phone call to Biowellness was made to cancel the appointment and a request was made for a full refund. The request was initially denied and the new patient was told then that they had a no refund policy for cancellations. When the new patient pushed the issue, the appointment clerk stated she would have the office manager call back. The office manager stated that they had expenses, but would not say what they were, but conceded to give a $50 refund. Even when the doctor got on the call, the full refund was not issued. He even stated that when a patient cancels, doctors still bill the insurance companies. I told him they did not because I knew that was insurance fraud. I would never go to this center and want to warn anyone else of their unethical and unprofessional policies.

They have responded promptly to my requests, have done some great education with me on my sleep disorder, and provided excellent quality care (above and beyond my expectations). They are one of the very few clinics who actually treat sleep disorders Once you're in the clinic I've found it easy to communicate with the staff through My Chart. Also , the nursing staff are good about giving you extensions where you can reach them. If you can't reach them via phone, try going to the office in person; you'll be glad you did. They also offer sleep testing for sleep apnea.
