When i got my minutes breakdown of how my retainer was spent, im being charged $100 per call, $100 per email when i send paperwork into the this office for them to review, the service and respect is a 0. Wow! The husband of the attorney is a piece of work. I called asking about their customer service and responsiveness. He said you should find another lawyer and hung up on me. I then proceeded to go to the office and speak with the lawyer personally. Eric approached me and I asked if I can speak to the attorney (Christie Mitchell). We had great success and faith in this law firm at first. As my case went on, there were two hearings when Christie could not attend with me, I get it things happen and her stand in attorney was great. My complaint is her staff, especially Karen. Once she started working on my case there was nothing but trouble up to and including our final hearing in which she told both me and the other attorney the WRONG time for the hearing which in turn caused the case to be dismissed. Prior to this, I did send an email expressing my concern which was never addressed, afterwards, I sent another email which was not answered.
