They will not value your time or needs as a client. This was the single worst experience i have had with an attorney. When i got my minutes breakdown of how my retainer was spent, im being charged $100 per call, $100 per email when i send paperwork into the this office for them to review, the service and respect is a 0. We had great success and faith in this law firm at first. As my case went on, there were two hearings when Christie could not attend with me, I get it things happen and her stand in attorney was great. My complaint is her staff, especially Karen. Once she started working on my case there was nothing but trouble up to and including our final hearing in which she told both me and the other attorney the WRONG time for the hearing which in turn caused the case to be dismissed. Prior to this, I did send an email expressing my concern which was never addressed, afterwards, I sent another email which was not answered.
