Horrible boutique filled with over priced, poor quality crap. The worse part is the management…read morethough. Last week I purchased a dress here for more than I would normally spend, but I was desperate because I needed it for the next day. I decided to size up because I liked it a little more flowy, even though that caused me to have to majorly pin the top half to keep it from falling off! My issues began a few minutes after putting the dress on. My friend spotted a hole about an inch long in the back along the seam and I was so sad I didn't see it at the store, but figured I would just get it repaired when I got the huge top altered down. Continuing on with my morning an hour in it's completely ripped about a foot in the back. I sit down for the first time with my new slit in the back and the side splits open completely! The dress just disintegrated within hours of putting it on. I was so sad to see what a horrible quality this dress was, especially given how much I paid for it! So a terrible quality product, eh that sucks but the icing on the cake was how I was treated when I brought it back to the store for a refund. Normally a small local business would be so embarrassed that they carried such a faulty product and try to make it right for a customer and treat them with respect. But that's not how the management of silver accents handles things. They blamed me for the product being faulty, repeatedly told me how they would be out of money and they couldn't share the faulty nature of the piece with their market. Then they refused to give me a refund for the insane amount I was charged for the horrible quality dress. They wanted me to shop around and use store credit - like I'd be dumb enough to ever shop in this place again now that I know their quality and management. Overall I recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Don't waste your money or time on this place.

Before she could even get out of her mouth was she was interested in an extremely rude woman interrupted her and said "ma'am you can't even buy a bra here without a prescription". Not exactly the warm greeting you'd expect from an employee working at a store that deals with women going through breast cancer. My mother WASNT THERE FOR A BRA FITTING. She was there to ask if they had anything that would be good to wear coming home from surgery and for the next several days while at home recovering. Pajamas, robe etc. and then once recovered she would have also purchased bras for life. My mom turned around and walked out after being treated the way she was and will not return. In my opinion that should not be tolerated. Learn some compassion or find another job!

Went and picked out 12 balloons to have helium inflated into and the same employee loudly and rudely announced that they could not blow them up. Asked why and employee (again rudely) said that it was store policy to not blow them up within 30 minutes of closing. Really? That sounds made up. No wonder the store has been going downhill.
