The technician turned it up way too high and it left permanent scars on my back. They were not able to help my pinched nerve at all. Then I went to Highlands Chiropractic and Dr Bob fixed me in one visit. The problem was in my neck, not my lower back, and things just needed a little decompression. My personal opinion is that Pinnacle saw that I was covered by insurance and saw me as a cash cow.
