She conducted an intake which I paid her for, and then recommended a diagnostic test as the next step in treatment that she would order and which would be mailed to me. Dr. Egginton also instructed me to immediately stop taking the herbal supplements that I was using to partially alleviate my gut symptoms. She stated that she wanted my gut clear for both the diagnostic test and for the treatment she was going to begin after my test results came back. Stopping the herbal supplements made me extremely uncomfortable but I followed her instructions and had asked her to order the test immediately. She had permission to use my credit card on file to pay for any associated testing fees. 3 weeks later Dr. Egginton had still not ordered my test! And she failed to follow through with ordering it despite me both emailing her to remind her about it and despite me speaking with her office assistant about the issue!
