She does an amazing job, whether it's just her or if she has helpers. She is great about rescheduling and doing specific tasks I might need done. Can I give negative zero stars? After emailing back and forth we agreed to a Tuesday 9am appointment for this company to do an estimate. Monday night I received an email to confirm the next morning. I arranged to be home and no one showed up, called or emailed that they were not coming. I don't like people who are a no show and/or late. So can't really comment on their ability to clean but their ability to follow through on commitments is horrible. Update: This woman decided to engage with me an email war because I posted an honest review of her company. So to be clear; I confirmed my appointment and she did not show up. Our rental house was trashed and I saw the great reviews on for this company , so I gave this service a try. Pros- Christina was very responsive and flexible in her schedule. My husband failed to get the power turned back on and she was very accommodating about coming back. Also, this house was gross, I mean really gross, and she took it on. Cons- after Christina cleaned my realtor went over to prepare for a showing and was concerned by the lack of cleanliness. Sure enough, the floors were sticky and not clean, and the cabinets had some dust bunnies. I had to spend my Saturday recleaning what she had claimed to clean. For $350, was it worth it? I had several estimates and these two stood out from the rest, for three main reasons: One, they come and do a free estimate. They were able to come same day, and provide a legitimate estimate. Second, their friendliness and professionalism. Third, price! The house was SPOTLESS, truly cleaned from top to bottom. Recently hired Christina to do a move out clean on a house that was sold. House was basically clean but had been vacated for several months prior, therefore needing a good dusting around all ceilings and corners for cobwebs, vacuuming, refreshing bathrooms, wiping down counters, etc. I also discussed with her needing some spot cleaning on some carpeted areas and we agreed on a price and date. I communicated to her the day before to confirm and to tell her my brother would open the house for her since I had to work. When she left she was paid in full with a check I left with my brother for her. The next day, when I went to check the house, I was surprised and disgusted that very little effort was put into their cleaning. Cobwebs were still visible, dusting was not done on some of the verticle blind valences, the carpet not only was NOT spot cleaned but the whole house wasn't even vacuumed! There was no smell at all of cleaning, like pine sol or some cleaning solution. I immediately contacted Christina and she confirmed that she forgot to bring her carpet cleaner so that wasn't done. Secondly, she said she used the vacuum that was left in the house instead of her own. I informed her that that vacuum was broken and we were discarding it. I couldn't believe that she didn't notice it was broken and was not leaving vacuum lines! Basic cleaning 101!!! Christina agreed to come back the following day at 4:00 to address all my concerns and then NEVER SHOWED UP. No phone call, no messssage to this day. Worst cleaners I have ever hired! I would not recommend Christina's even to do the basic cleaning because they failed even at that. And to not come back as agreed to the following day is unprofessional to say the least. If there was 10 stars, Christina and Jose deserve it. I called on Monday at 7am to request an urgent cleaning. The apartment I needed to have cleaned was a complete disaster. Without hesitation, Christina offered to help because I was only in town assisting my mom for for a few days. 4 hours later, Christina and Jose showed and got right to work. The cleaning was so needed, they had to come back the next day. In addition to their amazing work, they are very personable. If anyone needs their home cleaned for themselves or a loved one in need, call Christina. They will do amazing. read more

I contacted Christina based on Yelp ratings. She and Jose arrived timely and went to work. I have all brick floors and needed them cleaned, kitchen, and bathroom cleaned, master bedroom cleaned and 2nd bedroom only vacuumed. Jose cleaned the kitchen cabinets and sinks really well, and dusted. They didn't clean under or behind the furniture, which I didn't notice immediately. The sofa and living room chair are not against the walls, but they didn't clean behind them, there were spider carcasses left. She later informed me they don't move furniture unless it's a "deep clean" for which they charge more. Moving the furniture here is just sliding it along the floor. I'm not even sure if they mopped all the floors. There should've been some residual dampness. I asked her if they'd done the floors, she said they had, but.... There was gunk on the tub rim and the bedside table wasn't cleaned. When I started writing the check she said it would be $10 more than paying in cash. I didn't have $140.00 on hand, so I paid the $150 originally agreed up front. I called Christina and she said the receipt left on the kitchen counter stated they only move furniture on deep cleanings, which costs more. Of course, I didn't see the receipt until after they left. I won't hire again and will check Angie's list for future recommendations. I'm also skeptical of a business that wants to be paid in cash. read more

I called Christine to ask her to clean an old house that my daughter rented. It was really dirty and in general bad shape. Christine and Jose did a wonderful job. They are so professional and work like mad the entire time, no stopping for texts or calls. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants top notch help.
