Alma and her team from Bio Clean Family Services showed up to our appointment early, were professional and left the house spotless. I asked them to focus on bathrooms and kitchen and they did a great job, even moving each coffee cup on the shelf to dust underneath. They changed the sheets on the bed, cleaned ceiling fans, dusted, mopped, vacuumed and scrubbed. I used a Groupon for the first cleaning and they gave me a card voucher for the same rate for a follow-up. They scanned the voucher, wrote down the time started and got right down to work. Just take a look at the reviews on this company. They are all negative for a reason. This is their trick. They would ask you to scan the voucher before staring the work. do NOT give them any money or voucher before finishing and seeing their work. The company is an absolute fraud. I purchased 4 hour service via Groupon. I called the company and specifically asked for 4 hrs deep cleaning. two days later, the cleaners arrived and immediately asked me for the voucher. They told me they need to make sure that I got the right voucher. As soon as they scanned the voucher, they refused to do the deep cleaning which I was initially requested and they said they would only provide 2 hr work. I canceled the service and called the Groupon for refund. Groupon rejected to give me refund since it was already redeemed. I lost time and money. read more

The price sounds reasonable, until they show up. What they don't tell is 4 hours is really 2 hours of cleaning with 2 cleaners. They did do a great job on the stove and refrigerator. I asked to focus on kitchen sweep mopping and bathrooms. The floors were not mopped, and the shower doors were not cleaned. I'm not sure where the time was spent. read more

Terrible customer service! We hired Bio Clean Family Services to clean our home for six hours on 12/20/2018. After finishing the job, it was brought to my attention that one of the toilets was broken while cleaning - the cleaner claimed the toilet was already broken before they got there. Although I knew this was not the case, I double-checked with my fiance to see if the toilet had broken without my knowledge. He confirmed that the toilet seat was in working condition prior to their arrival that morning. I called Bio Clean Family Services to attempt to rectify the situation and instead of taking responsibility for breaking my property, the guy I spoke with first tried to claim that the ladies exceeded their allotted cleaning time and so he was doing me a favor by not charging me an additional cost. Despite him acknowledging the 4 women arrived at 9:12 a.m. and left at 10:42 a.m. (equating the 6 hours we paid for), he continued to say they exceeded the time we paid for, thus he was giving me a break by not charging me extra. When I redirected him to the reason for my call, he said they were not liable for the damaged property because it was already broken before their arrive. This is unequivocally FALSE and their inability to take responsibility for damaging our property illustrates their lack of character, integrity and genuine concern for customer service. Additionally, upon their arrival, I specifically requested they focus on cleaning the walls, floors and the base-boards in our home. Guess what I ended up cleaning after they left because it wasn't done at all? The walls and base-boards! I would not recommend anyone use their services, despite the discount found on Groupon. read more

With 6 hours of cleaning, they didn't vacuum, said they dusted but only did half the furniture, swept out bathooms but left piles of dust and stuff on adjoining floors. Didn't bother to wash kitchen floor. And to top it all off, broke a bathtub shampoo rack and left a bar of soap covered in hair and dirt (That wasn't there before - must have dropped the bar soap while cleaning and just put back in the holder dirty). My house was actually more dirty in some places than before they came. read more
