And with that, we bought the previous owners god-only-knows-what-else on the carpet. Not that the carpet was gross or anything... but, it did have some stains and a couple dirty spots. So we thought we'd have them cleaned before we get our own dogs slobber and feet oils all over them. Imperial to the rescue! I called them up and scheduled an appointment (which they were on time for). They came with their super sucky (my word, not theirs) van and sucked up all the god-only-knows-what-else out of my carpets. Nate was very friendly and excellent in ensuring we were happy with the results. We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available. Although 1 week for service is typically fantastic, it was a long week to wait to professionally get the poo-acoplyse cleaned up.
