I didn't want the bartenders filling wine to the top of the glass or pouring more then 1 shot per drink. This was reiterated at least 3 times and was written in the contract. I sent a drink list to the owner a week prior to the event. The day of the event I was surprised to see no one drinking the holiday martinis on the list that was sent over a week prior to the event. I was informed by my guest that the bartenders had no idea how to make a martini and they were told to make the drink with ice in a wine glass. They said a martini is never shaken?
