After letting me express all my fears, tears, and anxieties - she got to work. She encouraged me to take a beat to feel all the feelings, and then insisted we have another call a day or two later so I could "brain dump" everything wedding on her. Jenny was able to take that unorganized, jumbled mess of a phone call and spit out a highly detailed, actionable, and prioritised to-do list that broke down not only what I had to do, my husband had to do, but she took on things that MY MOM was supposed to do. I cannot tell you how much this was appreciated - it makes me teary eyed just thinking about her kindness and how she went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was a spot of brightness and hope amongst the dark weeks leading up to it. Sure enough, my mom recovered beautifully - was not only AT the wedding, but dancing a speech-giving with the best of them. Now after attending, I can say that this spot really exceeded expectations. One of the best things about this spot was having a large variety of different areas for guests to spread out and socialize. This led to a much more relaxed atmosphere for talking than most weddings that I've attended (I'm not huge into dancing). As I attended for a family wedding, I was also able to utilize the generously sized suites that had more than enough room for everyone to bring items they needed and have space to get ready for the event. The Haight has done the look of a rustic venue better than most places that I've seen. One thing that I really appreciated is that the look is rustic, but the facilities themselves are in great shape and modern. There were also plenty of great photo spots all around the venue that were lit nicely and contributed to guests having plenty of photo opportunities that they could create on their own. For those who were looking to rest, I did enjoy having sofas and softer cushioned chairs available to relax in. Overall, excellent venue that I would love to attend another wedding in the future. When we had to pull the trigger on our big fat 500 person Indian wedding, Olga worked with us to design a whole new mini outdoor wedding this August. She helped transform a little outdoor gazebo into a beautiful wedding mandap, and truly worked with us on every detail until the last moment. She was very helpful when we had to postpone and let us move our deposit to a different day with no issues. When I asked for extra decorations last minute, she went out of her way to make it happen for us. I will definitely be using Olga and Prestige decor for all of our future events!
