The ceremony backdrop and table decor were thoughtfully and beautifully arranged, making for incredible photos that we'll cherish forever. Throughout the ceremony, they took the time to explain the traditions, which helped our guests fully appreciate and connect with this special tribute to my heritage. One of the best things about this spot was having a large variety of different areas for guests to spread out and socialize. As I attended for a family wedding, I was also able to utilize the generously sized suites that had more than enough room for everyone to bring items they needed and have space to get ready for the event. The Haight has done the look of a rustic venue better than most places that I've seen. One thing that I really appreciated is that the look is rustic, but the facilities themselves are in great shape and modern. There were also plenty of great photo spots all around the venue that were lit nicely and contributed to guests having plenty of photo opportunities that they could create on their own. For those who were looking to rest, I did enjoy having sofas and softer cushioned chairs available to relax in. Overall, excellent venue that I would love to attend another wedding in the future. She helped us change things around to match our budget. We worked with Alina for a few months before we put down a down payment so I thank her for her patience on that. When we had to pull the trigger on our big fat 500 person Indian wedding, Olga worked with us to design a whole new mini outdoor wedding this August. She helped transform a little outdoor gazebo into a beautiful wedding mandap, and truly worked with us on every detail until the last moment. She was very helpful when we had to postpone and let us move our deposit to a different day with no issues. When I asked for extra decorations last minute, she went out of her way to make it happen for us. I will definitely be using Olga and Prestige decor for all of our future events!

I hired this company based on its positive reviews. This was my experience: * Hair and makeup setup requirements were not communicated to the hotel staff. Requests for chairs and mirrors were never relayed, and my mother had to scramble the morning of the wedding to accommodate everyone. * Room numbers were not provided to the hair and makeup vendors. I had to send that information myself. This included texts and calls the morning of my wedding! * My makeup artist got lost and attempted to contact our planner for assistance but could not reach her. I was the one providing directions and room information to the vendor over the phone on my wedding morning! * Our planner heavily emphasized the importance of managing guest allergies and told us she would personally check in with guests regarding accommodations before dinner. This did not happen. During dinner, two guests approached me at the sweetheart table asking whether their allergies would be accommodated. * Our planner arrived approximately 40 minutes- an hour late to the rehearsal on Friday. Because the venue was close to closing, we began without her, and I ended up running my own rehearsal and processional. (If i was a planner I would be 30 minutes early, on time is late. Being 30+ minutes late after the start time is unacceptable.) * I was immediately told by the planner that she had been downstairs attempting to gain access the entire time she was late. Based on information from members of our wedding party who were waiting for her, that was not the case. We had people waiting for her. We had a lost phone being found outside during that time. She was not there. * During our first dance, she was seated in the background next to the DJ, slouched over, visibly scrolling on her phone. The bright screen is clearly visible in our first dance video. * Throughout the weekend, I received multiple complaints about her from members of the wedding party. * There were repeated errors in the wedding timeline, which was not finalized and distributed until the day before the wedding. Too many things were cut too close to the final few days before. * When the timeline was finally sent, multiple family members contacted my husband and me because bridal party members had been omitted, times were incorrect, and other information contained errors. These are the events as I experienced them. Others may have had different experiences, but this was mine.
