When we had to pull the trigger on our big fat 500 person Indian wedding, Olga worked with us to design a whole new mini outdoor wedding this August. She helped transform a little outdoor gazebo into a beautiful wedding mandap, and truly worked with us on every detail until the last moment. Christine, assured us that everything would work out and had such a message she gave us, that made us feel at ease. From the beginning she walked us through the process with the county and how to properly to do our license and what was needed. We were lost as our photographer cancelled on us at the last minute and the misses was quite upset as now we did not have a photographer and Christine stepped in and gave us a recommendation that far exceeding our expectations. Even at the last minute booking we were never rushed, we were provided several options for the ceremony and each one was remarkable, it was hard to choose. So we took different options and sent them to her, and let me say it was allot of changes and there was no hesitation as she delivered examples each time, even with a couple last minute changes, I was expecting a different reaction, but we were wrong and she delivered with such grace and patience, I sure would not have had. The day finally came and I met her first, of course the bride was running a bit late, mind you it was 25 degrees out and we were having an outdoor wedding. She came and talked to me and we walked where the ceremony was going to be. It was time, and as my wife was walking down the aisle, she made sure I did not peak bit was telling me how beautiful my bride looked and as a guy you know I wanted to see, but she with military style kept me focused. The time has come, and even with a fur coat, it was really really cold. The ceremony, we never imagined the message that was delivered would ever be that emotional and with love in the message but the love in her voice as she delivered dour ceremony. Not only did we feel it, our guests felt it as she just didn't read through the service, you could feel that it was a true feeling in her voice that was amazing. The only thing I regret, was not getting hand warmers for us, as seriously it was cold but a beat was never missed. My fiancé and I found Michele Rose listed on a number of wedding websites. After reading her bio,…read morewe felt she might be a good fit for us based on her website. It was important to us to have an officiant who performed all types of ceremonies, especially same sex, as we feel strongly about this topic. I called Michele Rose and we set up a time to meet at a local Panera. We all sat down and chatted for a bit and then we discussed what we were looking for in an officiant. She asked us some questions about our background and showed us a portfolio of weddings she had performed. She also went over her ceremony creation process and we were very impressed. She asked us how she might best get to know us and I suggested she may want to talk with our parents. This idea was very well received and ended up adding a very special touch to our ceremony. Needless to say, we decided to move forward and provided a deposit by check and signed the contract with her prior to leaving. As our wedding drew closer we received an extensive questionnaire from her along with instructions to fill out as much or as little as we were comfortable with. It was a bit like homework, but it was completely worth it. After we completed our questionnaires, our parents were contacted and then we received the first draft of our ceremony. After a few rounds of edits we had everything ready for the big day. In the days leading up to the wedding I sent our DJ and day of coordinator a copy of the ceremony and on our special day things went perfectly. Our friends and family raved about how personalized and "us" the ceremony was. Many asked if Michele Rose knew us outside of being our officiant (she did not). A few of our guests mentioned it was the only ceremony where they both laughed and cried. Overall, the day was perfect, beyond our expectations and we couldn't be more grateful for the personalized, wonderful and memorable ceremony provided by Michele Rose.

At some point last year I got fed up and said next time I bought flowers it would be from someone local. Mother's Day 2021 arrived and I needed to order flowers. Quick searching brought me to Town & Country Gardens. I ordered flowers from the website and there were plenty of delivery options for the upcoming days. I asked for it to be delivered the day before Mother's Day (Saturday). Sure enough, it showed up on Saturday. Not only was it on time but the quality of the flowers were excellent. My wife was impressed. Roses were the size of my fist. Very pleased with how they turned out. Yes, Town & Country Gardens is a bit more expensive than 1-800-Flowers. But I spent a little more to get higher quality out of a local business. Seems like a win to me. I'll definitely be using Town & Country Gardens as my go to shop for flowers.

Kroto's photographs are beautiful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this photographer…read more I'd been a fan of her work for a decade before hiring her to be my wedding photographer. Planning for the wedding, her communication was excellent (quick to respond, available when she said she would be, helpful). The day of the wedding, she did a great job- exactly as contracted. Unfortunately, post wedding, her professionalism was nonexistent. We received one email three months after the wedding and had every email and phone call ignored. Two weeks after the wedding, I wrote her an email inquiring on the possibility of a few early-release photos for thank you cards, but also told her I didn't expect them and just wanted to know if it was a possibility. No reply. Four weeks after the wedding I followed up with my inquiry just to see if we should wait or order our thank yous instead of wait for photos. No response. Two months after the wedding, with still no communication, I called and left her a voicemail asking her to get in touch with us. No response. Almost 3 months after the wedding, early October- still no word and we were actively checking obituaries in case something had happened to her and we weren't aware. At this point, I posted a FB post stating how upsetting it was to be worried - would we even get our photos? Should we be looking into legal back up? We were just at a complete loss. Within a few hours of the post, she sent us an email that apologized for the lack of communication, said she had been sick, and would have the rest of our photos within a week (there were about 120 photos uploaded to our gallery at that time). I thanked her right away via email. We checked our gallery every few days and had no new photos. Around two weeks later, I sent her an email requesting an updated timeline. No response. Finally, almost four months after the wedding, I sent her email asking her why she refused to meet the bare minimum professionalism of at least responding to us. No response, although not a surprise at this point. We finally noticed our photos were available in late November. Most of the photos are gorgeous. A few of them have poor editing (for example, the veil was being held up by someone, so she removed the person but the veil still looked like it was obviously being held up just by an invisible ghost). Still, most of the photos are phenomenal. According to our contract, we were supposed to receive a flash drive with the photos on them. I sent her an email inquiring about how we would receive the flash drive (will she mail it, should I pick it up, etc). Unsurprisingly, she never responded and we still do not have our flash drive. I wish I could say I am still a fan. I wish I could say that the quality of her work was worth the frustration and upset we felt post wedding. Unfortunately, professionalism is just as important as quality of work.

I wanted a lot of specific "city" shots that included the background and they were amazing! It rained on the day of the wedding and her team did an incredible job with efficiency in the rain, keeping me dry, staying positive (and keeping me positive), and being down to continue to take the shots I cared about the most outside - and still making them absolutely beautiful! I have a huge family and 24 groomsman/bridesmaids and they managed to capture great moments with all of them in a quick enough way we could still enjoy our day. We also took really fun night photos in the city that are amazing. Our details photos are AMAZING and they were so creative and incorporating different pieces and arranging them beautifully. Also did a great job capturing the setting so that we can look back on our venue and have those memories forever. Renata was with the groomsman in the morning and the boys LOVED her and had so much fun taking photos, which I think says a lot! I am not super comfortable in front of the camera but Alison did a great job making it fun for me and calming my nerves down, and cuing me to get some great moments. You spend ALOT of time with your photographer your wedding day, and having her by my side made the day better, calmer, and more fun.
