My twins had their senior portraits taken by Ryan at Christmas City Studios. Upon mentioning that they were not able to have their dance pictures taken due to Co-Vid, the staff arranged another sitting for the girls. Their patience and professionalism left me in awe! We usually go with the dance studio's photographers, but never again! Christmas City Studio took the time to create breath-taking individual and duet shots of my girls! My twins and I were very happy with their care and treatment during the session, as well as the creativity and spontaneity with the session. Nervous about this year's school pictures. For 4 years in a row, we've had to do retakes due to poor color (greyed out/washed out/muddy) and horrible poses. My daughter has looked drunk in the pictures and has been told to turn her body awkwardly. Last year, I had to have a retake of the retake. If they would just take like 10 more seconds per child to check the image after taking it, some of this could be avoided. Plus, you have to order/pay prior to seeing the pictures and there is not one package that gives you what you want. Should offer a la carte ordering. Very disappointed every year. They either rush or send incompetent photographers out to schools. When we had retake #2 last year at the studio, the girl knew what she was doing and I came out much better. Ugh. read more

I highly recommend Christmas City Studio for any occasion. This is the 2nd time we have gone to the studio. The first time was a retake of school pictures and this time for Senior Portraits. We've had a great experience both times. The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and professional. The photographer was awesome. He was very creative and knowledgeable. He made the atmosphere feel comfortable, fun and relaxed. The selection of proofs was over the top. So many to choose from. Their portraits are so well done. I was very impressed with the back grounds used and props available to make my son's senior photos look amazing. We had the proofs within a week and they were all so good, i had difficulty narrowing it down. Friendly staff, very welcoming from the time I scheduled the appointment until I left the building. Lastly they appeared to be concerned for everyone's health and well-being during this pandemic by engaging in COVID precautions during the entire process. The only thing I wish I would have known was to bring a tie for the cap and gown photo (they had selections to choose from) I would have liked to use one he really liked. I honestly have nothing but the best experiences with Christmas City Studios. I loved the senior pictures when my oldest son graduated in 2004. I loved the senior pictures as well when my daughter graduated in 2006. The staff is so kind. And they are flexible as well. Excellent customer service!!! My youngest just had a session for his senior pictures. I appreciate the photographer's patience and creative eye, and easy going personality. Christmas City Studios is known for taking excellent photos capturing different events throughout the school year. The employees are very friendly, professional and helpful. Senior year photo session was good, the photographer was nice and patient to ensure hair, clothing, and pose was good before taking pictures. The photographer allowed my daughter to review her photos and offered to take a couple more to help the yearbook selection process along. Ordering prints was easy and efficient. We just had our sons senior pictures done here and it was a great experience. The photographer (Kim) was amazing! She took her time with him, and made sure we got every pose we wanted. She made excellent suggestions for shots we did not even think of, as this was our first time with a senior. She made sure to show us the pictures and retake anything we were not quite satisfied with. I have to say it was better then expected, especially since he doesn't always smile. She found a way to keep him talking about things he likes and got him to smile every time. It was a great session and I can't wait to get the pictures. read more

My daughter recently just had her senior pictures done. She was very nervous as she was unsure what to expect but the photographer was very professional and she relaxed and had a nice half hour session. The studio is very busy and runs on an orderly schedule so if you show up late for your appointment, you miss that amount of time with the photographer. They took a variety of shots and it was a pleasant experience. I recently had my son's senior pictures done by Christmas City Studios. I was very happy with how everything turned out. The staff was very pleasant. During our photo shoot, I decided I didn't like an outfit my son was wearing and I vocalized it to our photographer. He suggested we could come back and retake that set of pictures with a different outfit. I did that and I am thrilled with the new shots. Now I have too many good shots to pick from. My daughter is not one to enjoy having her photo taken, but the photographer made her feel comfortable from the beginning. She was excited from the beginning of the session because he had a specific pose in mind for her shots with her violin. Just had our daughters graduation pictures taken today at Christmas City Studio. What a great experience. From the time we walked through the door until we walked out everything was perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable, super nice and very professional. The studio is very clean. Our photographer Mike was fabulous. We did outdoor, indoor and with our daughters dog. I have 5 children and all of them had their senior pictures taken here. I had an excellent experience with each child. Beautiful pictures. This week I took my youngest my daughter which had a lot my things that had to be perfect- hair, necklaces etc. our photographer Aaron was AWESOME!!! He checked my daughter, let me check my daughter and had a huge mirror for her to check herself. He even redid pictures my daughter didn't like. We had an excellent experience for senior portraits with Christmas City Studios. My son's band uniforms were not in until months after his senior portraits in the fall. The studio was great about scheduling for the additional photos in the uniform and putting the package together. The best part, was our photographer, Ryan, when we came for the band photos. Easy and efficient booking of senior pictures on line. The photo shoot was timely, and the photographer made a very comfortable and non-stressful session for my son. His poses and smile looked very natural and not forced, with the help and ease of our photographer. In this case, it was a positive experience because my son does not like to have his picture taken. I just had my senior pictures done this past Saturday & my cap & gown down back in January & they all came out absolutely amazing! I had my session done with Ryan, & each time he made me feel great about myself! He showed me each picture he took and retook it if I did not like it! He used my full hour I paid for and got plenty of shots! He even fixed my hair and my pose and made the picture look 10 times better. We had an overall good experience with my son's senior portrait session. We arrived on time and were signed in within minutes. The instructions for the poses were good. The senior year book portrait and the gown photo was shown to us on the spot and when I mentioned that the gown photos did not turn out how I wanted the photographer did a retake and the new photos were good. I had a great session with my photographer! I was pretty nervous going to the session because it was for senior pictures, but the photographer was very helpful and nice! Before every picture, she would fix my hair and my necklace to make sure she got the perfect shot (and she did). She even showed me the pictures after she took them asking if I wanted to retake any.
