We had a wonderful reception! JP was our DJ and he was personable, responsive to our emails and texts, and knowledgeable in answering our many questions! The music selection website was also easy to use and connect to our Spotify playlist. JP was easy to get along with and he was even kind enough to have a Tide-To-Go pen on hand and cleaned my wedding dress when I spilled chocolate sauce on it! The dancing with the clouds was amazing and elevated our first dance to look straight out of a fairy tale, and the sparklers shot out at the perfect moment of our lift. The traditional photo booth was more cramped than we expected, so if we knew the small size we may have opted for a different type of photo booth, but it seemed to not bother our guests and was a good size for fitting 4 people. We also love the photo booth souvenir book that Posh DJs prepared for us that was really clean and well-organized. JP did play all our must-play songs and songs from our "play if possible" list, and also did play the requested instrumental music during dinner. On the day of the wedding, we were worried that our guests wouldn't dance during reception so we let him know that we were okay if he played some songs off our list to get the crowd going. Later, we weren't sure if we should have given that direction since the first dance set had too many songs that we DIDN'T know. (My husband and I are not familiar with older songs, so we didn't recognize any of those songs in the first dance set). However, JP checked in with us after the first dance set and we asked him if he could play more songs from our playlist and we were happier with our second and third dance sets. We had discussed with JP during our final call that we wanted to do a napkin game to "raffle" off the centerpieces to our guests, but on the day before the wedding we had squeezed in last minute sparklers (we didn't think it was possible to light them since it was pouring rain, but we ended up being able to when the venue told us we could have sparklers on a covered patio), so in all the commotion we had forgotten about the napkin game and most of the centerpieces were left at the venue, which I wish we could have distributed to our guests. But overall, I am happy with Posh DJs and JP and thank you for contributing to our magical wedding!

They're a cover band that does a great mix of classic rock covers as well as new top 40 hits. What a great band! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, everyone was extremely professional and on time. They took really short breaks and even played late because everyone was having so much fun. We had about 300 people and the dance floor was PACKED! All my guests were thrilled with their performance and didn't want it to end. If you're looking for high-quality music for a corporate event or a private function I highly recommend them!

This band performed hits from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, and now. If I was to summarize this type of playlist the band was performing, I would say "Hot Adult Contemporary". As soon as the attendees rolled into the event tent, the band started rocking away. They played a mixture of rock and pop hits throughout the entire event duration. That gave everyone the chance to view, listen, and even sing a long to their performances. What a way to bring great people together, Ed Z! The band was rocking so loud that we could even hear them outside when my friends and I went to the pumpkin patch and house to snap some photos. The original plan was for them to perform outside. But because of the rain, they had to perform inside. This weather-related change didn't hurt their spirit at all. In fact, they performed without even caring about the rain. This band no doubt has an edge over some of the other bands whom I encountered on my previous 25th cruise, which is based on their performance qualities and professionalism. Based on how they performed, it was quite easy for me to see and hear why they are always booked and only have a very limited amount of time for public events. For this case, the General Yelp Event was a private one. Overall, this is an excellent cover band, and probably the best one that I have ever heard. If you can catch them at a public event, then I recommend doing so. I also recommend booking them if you can.

We love the Home Sweet Home Music Lessons program! It's for all ages!…read more As a retired music teacher for pre schoolers and a musician myself , I believe the "at home" setting allows the student to really tap into their own sense of musical style and overall sense of expression . No comparisons, no distractions, in their home, at their own pace! The student can benefit tremendously from learning in an already familiar environment. My 3 children, ages 9,11 and 16, have really benefited from it, on both personal and musical levels. One of my children is very shy and since taking voice and piano lessons at home, as well as performing at their seasonal recitals, she has really come out of her shell in school, participating a lot more in all academic activities. We also love our teacher , Ms Kim Korzelius. She is knowledgeable, and so talented and she definitely has an amazing ability to tap into my children's musical needs. She can work extremely well with both their strengths, and with where they need reinforcement. In addition, the program director Adam Kestler, is very caring and I love his vision for his program and what it offers to all students in all different levels of music such as: lessons for many types of instruments, School Jazz Band and Audition preparation lessons and also music lessons for children with special needs . They operate in a variety of locations and there are many talented teachers available to fit all needs. There is something for everyone! It is really a great platform to explore what the student likes and to find guidance to which music direction to take. Last but not least, the recital setting is so friendly and because of the variety of musical levels amongst the students, it is a huge ice breaker for the new comers . Over all we have had an outstanding experience with the Home Sweet Home Music Lessons. We heard about it from a friend, and I highly recommend it.

I was tired, sleep deprived, shouldn't have been going to a guitar center but I really needed to satisfy the itch like any guitar enthusiast. Found this Ibanez RG8 in stock in Springfield. I wouldn't normally have done this but I really just felt the need for metal. Anyway, my car overheats on the way there. It's already 8:40 and this place closes at 9. I'm screwed. I buy coolant, give it to the car and get back on the road. Oh no, now my ETA is 9:15 and this guitar is waiting there AND I've already driven 15 miles. Jesus CHRISTMAS. How could this day get worse right? Then Victor picks up the phone. This guy pulls the most MVP clutch move of all time and tells me he's there until 10 and that if I knock on the door he'll let me carry it out. Turns out not only is this the most clutch GC employee on earth but he also knows how to go above and beyond for his workplace and fellow customers like myself. Great guy, great guitar, great night. Do you need people to cater to YOUR needs? This is your guitar center. - Thank you, Victor. This guitar is sick

He said it would be reading by the end of Thursday. I didn't get a call until the end of Friday. Ok, fine. I went to pick it up on Saturday morning. This man lied to my face and said it was actually better that the first string sat lower than the rest. Wow. If you couldn't fix it, 1. you should have told me and 2. I should not have been charged full price for repairs. This is sad. People are so desperate for your money that they will straight up lie to you just to take it. I'm done doing business here.
