When I was hunting for garden centers in the area, this came up with great reviews and I decided to check it out. It was definitely better than expected. They had a really nice selection of both indoor and outdoor plants. I came looking specifically for hydrangeas, and they probably had 10 to 15 varieties available - some needing full sun and some needing partial. The gentleman that was working there was very friendly. I wanted two plants that looked similar to sit side-by-side by my front door. He helped me choose the variety, and two plants that looked the most similar. We ended up deciding on the candy apple variety by Monrovia. It needs full sun and should bloom through summer with blooms that will last till October. Once I paid, they carried the plants out to the car for me, laid plastic in my car and packed everything for me. I thought this was really a nice service. This is definitely more expensive than Home Depot, but they carry much nicer product with wider variety and better service. Especially if you're just looking for a couple plants, I would definitely come here instead. I asked about some fall perennial plants, and he recommended I come back after Halloween to check out what they'll have in season for winter. I will definitely be back.

Ordering online was painless- pick your tree size, decorated or not decorated, delivery date and 3-hour delivery frame... then pay and await the arrival! I found a promo code online so there was a nice discount on our order- definitely do a quick Google search before paying to see if you can get a deal. The day before delivery we got a email reminding us to clear space and explain how delivery timing would work. The delivery guy called 10 minutes before he arrived. He brought the tree in already in the stand, plopped it down in our desired location, asked for a quarter-gallon of water so it could drink up, since it had a fresh cut, and that was that! Entry to exit he was in our apartment for maybe 5 minutes and super nice. The tree is very symmetrical and has a really straight, tapered trunk that's perfect for putting a star on. Plus it smells great :)

One thing I did want to note was that I did feel like the staff hovered around me. This is completely understandable since I'm sure they've had issues with shoplifting. That being said, it was a little off putting and I did not enjoy being followed around the store. However, they have a super adorable shop cat which makes up for the hovering! I ended up purchasing an orchid, a crested cactus, and a haworthia and they are all thriving!
