We couldnt find solution to my problem - but she is not afraid of saying that she doesnt know anything. She then immediately transferred me to the hospital. I was taken in the same day. She is always trying to help and is doing her best so that i get healthy. I still go there often for her help because nowhere else I've seen a more helping doctor!

I was…read moreinformed by the unhelpful receptionist that they were not taking on new patients - she just assumed because I am an 'Ausländer' that I was a new patient. I informed her (in German) that I was not a new patient. She then said that she could only give me an appointment in October! I said that it is urgent and she then said 'well he is on holiday' - maybe I should have mentioned that I am privately insured?? What an attitude is that for a Dr's practice - you have lost a patient but maybe that doesn't matter to your practice BUT then there is 'mundpropaganda'.
