Axelrod knows that if he would've faced off in court with me he would've lost and what would that do for his record as a lawyer? I was then forced to go to a public defender because I had no money left. The public defenders office wouldn't take me on because I was still registered to him. I went to court six or seven times without any representation or ever see a prosecutor. I will do my best representing myself because I can't afford a lawyer to fight him in civil claims court so it's me versus a law firm, but he knew that he would put that amount over Small Claims court $5000 and he took advantage of it, knowing that I would definitely beat him in court!
