They sent me text messages to confirm the appointment. I logged into the patient portal to confirm. They sent five messages with a link for the tele-visit. We logged in. They did not. We waited an hour and forty five minutes for the useless nurse practitioner to show up--never did. The office closed at 5:00 and we did not receive even so much as an acknowledgement. They did not even have the decency to appear on screen to tell us that they couldn't make it. They just let us wait. They don't care about you. They are terrible paper pushers who only collect office visit fees. You can see from the reviews that my experience is not unique--it is a pattern. They do not care about you. My mother had a teleconference appointment scheduled. 24 hours before hand we received a call saying that the appointment has to be rescheduled because "the nurse practitioner no longer sees patients on Fridays"--the nurse practitioner now only sees patients on Tuesdays. I asked when the nurse practitioner decided to see patients only on Tuesdays, and was told that I would have to speak to the office manager. I wanted to know when this policy was put in effect and they decided to wait until the last minute to tell me the appointment was cancelled. I was put on hold and waited approximately 20 seconds before the system hung up on me. I tried calling back, and again, after around 20 seconds, the system hung up on me. I have not been able to talk to anybody else. This is a callous disregard for patients. This office can get away with it since they are one of the few neurologists in town. You will still have to see them, but they don't care about you.

Absolutely "THE BEST" Top Tier Surgeon & Staff…read more I was referred by another spine surgeon to Dr. Cyr after two previous laminectomies, years of physical therapy, decompression therapy, two years of radio frequency ablations, and many more years of pain pills and suffering with back pain. After looking Dr. Cyr on the internet, I was impressed with his credentials; having trained at Mayo Clinic and having served as the Chief of Air Force Spine Surgery and Spine Surgery Consultant to the Surgeon General of the Air Force and Pentagon. I figured that he would be the best choice on which to seek spinal fusion surgery and so I was expectantly looking forward to meeting with him and discussing my options as all other attempts at alleviating my back pain had been exhausted. I was so encouraged after my first appointment. His staff spends ample time with the patient and explains in detail what to expect and what not to expect. The doctor does not even begin surgery until after conducting three extensive diagnostic tests in order to 1) ensure you're a candidate for spinal fusion, and 2) to pinpoint the exact cause and area of the pain so it can be treated properly. Scheduling went very smooth as my surgery was performed at Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital First Colony (near Sugarland) which in it self is a Top Tier facility. They took wonderful care of me during my five days of in-hospital recovery. This surgery is not to be undertaken lightly. Dr. Cyr is very strict on his expectations during recovery. The patient is expected to follow through with his instructions; especially during the first three to six months post surgery. Along with the recovery time SA Spine schedules timely and frequent follow-up appointments; every three months following surgery. In addition the offices are available and respond quickly to questions either by phone or email. I have not been disappointed and I know I made the right choice. For me the results have been excellent!! Most importantly "No More Back Pain". I highly recommend Dr. Cyr and SA Spine.

He was our second doctor to visit as the first doctor that saw her in the ER at Saint Luke's would not operate on my wife until the advil she had taken was out of her system. This turned out to be a blessing as that gave us time to research and find a doctor that specialized in brain tumors. After much research, we came across Dr. Bogaev and made an appointment to see him. The office folks were so nice to us and were able to work her in in a couple of weeks. In order to save time, they asked us to bring in MRI. Cat Scans, and notes from the other doctor for Dr. Bogaev to review. In our visit with Dr. Bogaev, he pulled up all the scans/x-rays and explained what was going on with her brain. He discussed all the options and made his recommendations to us. We liked how he was with us personally, his knowledge, his skills, and his sense of humor. We decided then that we wanted him to do the surgery. The day of the surgery, he came in and visited with us and let us ask all the questions we needed to. He brought in the other doctors and nurses that would be with him, and we got a real good feeling about all of them. He said the surgery would take a minimum of 2-3 hours, and that after it was over, he would meet with me to discuss everything. After the surgery, he came and found me in the waiting area. He was very happy with how everything went and made me feel a whole lot better. About the hospital: Stone Oak Methodist, as ranked by Healthgrades, is one of America's 100 Best Hospitals in critical care for multiple years. For us, everything about them was top notch! Our follow-up appointment is next week. At that point he will advise us of our next steps. I can say, up until today, we are very happy. The wife has no problems with speech, movement, expressing her thoughts, etc. Would I use him again? I hope I never have to use them, but I would without any hesitation if I needed that type of surgery.

She offered no help and I do believe she failed the course on customer service. We will try to find a different provider I think.
