I have had the pleasure of receiving services from Christopher C Myers and Associates for a few legal matters. Mr. Myers and his highly qualified staff continue to exceed my expectations of quality service and support. Mr. Myers expertise in business law allows him to be honest letting me know what to expect and the outcomes. I respect the fact that instead of getting my hopes up and wasting my time, he is realistic with me about the process, timeline and possible outcomes. They continued to be patient with me, reminding me of deadlines and supporting me whenever I had questions about filings, discovery etc. With each outcome, they EXCEEDED my expectations. Very unprofessional! Bad advice. Was asked discovery questions that did not pertain to me, obviously mixed up files. Every appointment was with a different person in his office. His associate showed up at my hearing with the wrong file and told the judge things that had nothing to do with me. She also stated I had a medical condition that I have never had, BECAUSE SHE WAS READING FROM THE WRONG PERSON'S FILE!!! I ended up with a very small settlement, and his office received more $ from my case than I did. I wish I would have went to anyone else! read more

He initiated the call knowing I was requesting clarification on items previously charged for, (I had recently taken over assisting my family member with finances and was questioning the bill for thousands of dollars and assistance in finding some information about a trust he had helped set up). So not only did he waste my time by being completely unprepared, he billed me for the time too. When asked to provide an itemized receipt for the thousands he said my family member owed him, all it said was phone conversations......So, beware. He will chit chat and bill you for wasting your time. I could not get him to tell me one thing he did to benefit my family member for all the money owed him.

Whenever I email or…read moreattempt to call in to the partner on my case, Anne Carney, I am accosted by someone new and "very familiar" with my case. I have informed them their partners phone and email on 1/6 and 1/10/23 that there is evidence of federal crimes on behalf of their client. I request a reasonable resolution, than am insulted very unprofessionally. I'm trying to reach a reasonable agreement and I am met with scorched earth. I have offered the evidence freely to which I was met with, an immature and surprisingly annoying response. The requests are so basic to the lowest spectrum of legal parental rights and it seems to not be enough. Even to where they ignore the possibility they have been misled by a client. Good Luck to anyone trying to be reasonable because as I was informed, and I am paraphrasing, "We wont give up or give you anything you request. Not a thing!" *Hang up* Does anyone know if it is law that an attorney has due diligence when informed of potential misconduct of their clients in Indiana?

Cathy served as a divorce attorney and also helped with my mom's estate, when she learned that she had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Cathy remained professional and comforted my mother when dealing with her legal battles, as well as fought to help my mother in every way possible. When we lost my young mother in the summer of 2012, Cathy still rallied for us and helped us in every way she could, knowing our situation. My sister was about to turn 18, and I in my early 20s, and this was clearly a situation we never expected to handle ourselves.
