He immediately put a splint on and eased my pain and was now ready to heal. I then went for MRI and he found I also tore some ligaments and gave me a choice for hard cast or keep splint. I chose a hard cast , but do to my own chlostorphobic issues had to have it removed by Dr. Denoble who was good and caring enough to meet me on a Saturday. I went back to a splint which was a personal better choice for me. I cannot describe how wonderful and caring these Drs are !!! They are such great doctors who truly care about the treating , healing, and also their patients feelings .My mom has also been a patient of Dr.Stern for years ( she has had many health issues from a broken hip , arthritis, ect.)always been treated wonderfully by her and healed her health issues. I would never go to another orthopedic group and I would refer them to any one who needs an orthopedic Dr. . I am so grateful that I listened to my body and chose to go to Dr. Ratliff and am a patient of this wonderful orthopedic team. I also cannot leave out how wonderful the office staff is too! His staff was completely impatient and unhelpful to my mother. Our primary doctor prescribed an X-Ray and also mentioned that she might need an MRI. Not only did Dr. Reicher not ask my mother where the pain and symptoms were, he almost took an X-ray of the WRONG shoulder until my mother spoke up. She was prescribed pain medication which has not been working and it seems impossible for her to make a follow up visit with the secretary staff. She called two days ago and they have just got back to her today saying the Dr. Reicher will not be in until tomorrow. This is a hot mess, see someone else

I met Dr. Emami in November of 2024 and after an MRI of my lower back and neck he provided me with…read moreoptions to correct my L4 & L5 discs that were compressed and causing stenosis throughout my arms and legs. I opted for surgery in January, in which he and his team (along with Dr. Napolitano) replaced my damaged discs, added spacers and four screws to secure the new discs in place. Prior to surgery I suffered for 7+ years with constant pain and the inability to do common everyday things we all take for granted. Eight weeks after surgery, I was back to leading a "normal" life pain free and enjoying life. It's now eight months later and I able to work out daily, participated in a 4 mile walk for St. Joseph's Children's Hospital and can actual bend down to pick things up off the ground and most importantly tie my shoes! The 2 times I've been here I've had to wait 15 mins pass my appointment time. After physican assistant takes measure's my weight, height, and temperature. I waited another 15 minutes for the doc. Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I probably do check in too much at restaurants. Too much waiting but it's only for once a year so far.
