The third mow he line trimmed 80% of my plants by the front door down to the ground. I requested a $10 discount on my next per mow service and then he tried to force me into a monthly 15 day mow contact after just three mows. I got a half hour lecture on mowing and how it's the busy season now and he doesn't need my per mow business anymore.. I have worked for several of the largest landscaper companies in the USA for 32 years. I don't need a half hour lecture on mowing grass . I need my grass mowed when I request it. . His rates are also high. I was paying him $65 a mow for a Normal size, open yard. I just got a new quote 15 minutes later for $40 a mow, trim, edge and blow From a larger local competitor. With No sales games. No monthly contract. No 1/2 hour lecture. Just mow on request. They did do a good job and that's why I was willing to pay the little bit extra until they line trimmed my plants on the third mow and then he tried to bully me into a monthly mow contract. The previous service blew through my property so quickly that even though I work from home, they were done before I knew it. We've only just had our first service done by Angelo, but for the first time since we purchased the property we feel like the lawn looks as it should. He took care of everything we asked for, shaping up the yard after it's neglect from the previous lawn service (Not Angelo's service) and bagging up the year and a half worth of leaves in the yard (again, this was neglect from the previous service, not Angelo). Even after all of that was done he offered to spray down our yard for bugs and weeds following this, something we didn't even know he offered at the time. He's a very friendly person and meticulous in his craft. Not only that, but he'll communicate and let you know when he plans on taking care of your property so you can prepare in case you have children of the furry variety. Central Florida is booming with a lot of businesses and services popping up without the right stuff to meet the demand placed on them. Angelo does not fall into this category. He is reliable and will treat your lawn with the same care he does his own. Hire this man, he is the one your lawn deserves and for reasonable rates on top of it.
