When she confronted the technician on why he was in our back yard, he told her that he was 'supposed to treat the entire property'. FALSE!!! I never authorized that. I immediately called the company while driving home and told them to just cancel everything. They lost me with being dishonest and I wouldn't doubt that they've done it before. Whenever a company is hired to do work, following the customer's instruction should always be paramount. When they don't, I see it as a huge red flag because it tells me there's a good chance they will do it again later with bigger situations.
