I have been a patient since 2010. I then became a patient of the family doctor. He is the most…read moreunavailable doctor ever. I will call repeatedly. The reception will say that they will relay the message to him or they have told him about my call. In person appointments are just as useless. Not to mention the change location three times. I have had more success going to the walk-in clinic and had to depend on going to the emergency. I have been reading desperately to see a specialist for years and the specialist cannot do test I need until other specialist see me and I have spoken to him about it many times I'm a young woman with kids they deserve to have their mother in good health and have the tests and doctors she needs. Everything I suffer is because of this doctor not doing his job. Incompetence at its finest. I am disgusted, and if I could find another doctor, I would. Treats, old people, and people who don't wear a mask better than people with actual health issues.

I received a call approximately 2 weeks later requesting that I complete an application for a meet and greet with the Dr. The admin. worker said she could email the form to me but since I was close I offered to stop in and fill out the form. To this date I have not received a call to book an appointment with the DR. or to have a meet and greet. It has almost been 2 months and I have had no follow-up or feedback what so ever. I find this to be extremely lackadaisical on the part of this medical centres team of employees.

My second appointment was so efficient, that I was already injected at 12:03pm from my noon appointment. WOW. Cons: Getting my appointment set up. No online tool, and sending them emails to set up an appointment was a true time waster and useless. Calling to set up my appointment was difficult as well as I had left vm's and could not connect. Further challenges were that they were only open for Mondays & Tuesdays as a doctor had left the clinic. Despite this, I will miss coming here as for my injections (they are going virtual) bc of the super quick and friendly service.
