Scott is the most enthusiastic and passionate tax professional I have ever met. He has answered all of our questions thoroughly so that we understand for both personal and business. Personally, I have never had an issue reaching Scott to discuss something or any of his colleagues via phone or email. That being said, if it is Jan - May I only ask time sensitive questions where I need an immediate answer or are pertinent to our current tax filing. If there are any other items I want to clarify or talk through something with him, I wait until it is not tax season to pick his brain. He is proactive in filing for an extension should one be needed. We've used him to file in multiple states or just NC/federal and he has done a great job.
