This is not the first time our family has used Future Construction and it won't be the last! Billy and Ian were great to work with! During pre work discussion with Future Construction Manager we the customer were told four or more roofers would perform the work and it would take a 8 hour day to complete. The contractor quoted $2500.00. We the customer had two roofers (who hardly could speak English) work for two and a half hours and they never replaced a shingle. My wife called Future Construction and was told to repair shingles more than on shingle would need to be replaced. So no shingles were replaced. Future Construction decreased the cost by $200. Thus we the customers paid two roofers approximately $400/hour. It should have been reduced by more than $200. We were in the middle of a sale and did not have time to fight with Future Construction. They took advantage of the situation. We had Future Construction do other work and we were happy in the past but this time we got ripped off.
