We wanted to build out our living room and dining room (which were joined), but our dining room was built in the 90's with a huge cathedral ceiling and we don't dine. Thus the logical solution was of course to put in a climbing wall. We came to Ken with a difficult ask: make our living room and climbing wall room blend together and appear classy while still functional. i.e. we didn't want to live in a Gym, we just wanted a climbing wall (the classy kind?). It took a lot of work as most crews in the valley don't build climbing walls, and nobody builds climbing walls meant to act as a focal point for the room with form equaling function. Ken delivered, he transformed the space and turned a bunch of awkward 90's architecture choices into a house we love. He took a purely functional (and often garish) item (and a giant one at that), and blended it into the design. The response from every single person that walks in the house? 'whoa' Ken's team he works with ran a great job site (I work from home so it was great to have them be so professional) and Ken was quick to correct any issues we ran into, so it was all pretty point and click for us. Thanks Ken!

We…read moreultimately decided to go with Tridel construction due to the initial on-site assessment and the in-depth walkthrough provided from their team. Tridel Construction's bid was a little higher than other competitors in the area, but we did like the description and process better, such as working with the city for permits. Dan Antoci was our project manager for the loft conversion. A few electrical outlets needed to be run in different locations in the bedroom, walls needed to be built, drywall, and repainting needed to be completed. The team worked almost every day, including one day on the weekend for about 2 weeks straight. There was one minor issue when building the closet area where the wood was on-top of the carpet, but they fixed that during the conversion when my husband and I had mentioned it to Dan. We found out that Tridel Construction only does that during new construction. We have a few cats. We wanted to make sure that the area was well-cleaned during the project build-out and construction. During the build-out, there were multiple nails left on the floor, sharp tools, which my husband and I picked up, as well as we had to perform additional vacuuming in some areas for left over drywall. During the project, there was issues trying to update invoices and contract agreements for the appropriate and accurate information. It took some time, but eventually at the end of the project, we were able to get everything updated as intended with the help of Sasha! Inspectors for the house showed up on time and the team was pretty much available each morning during the 2 week project from 8 a.m. - 4:00 P.M. Some days did end early around 3:30, while other days went a little longer until 4:30 P.M. There wasn't necessarily a complete set schedule. The room does look great! I'm not sure if I'll use their services for future projects though due to some of the hiccups.

I don't know where to begin because I can't say enough great things about Merge. So let me start by…read moresaying that when it comes to..investments, I.e home improvement projects, I do the research. I do allll the research. I interviewed at least 8 different companies and nobody could do what Merge offered. 1) they were happy to work with me regarding what I wanted. Other companies were busy upselling me and telling me "no" to things like keeping my giant bathtub. Other companies insisted I get rid of my favorite thing about MY bathroom. 2) they were exceptionally kind 3) they were willing to work with my budget to get the project completed. There were "companies" quoting me the same service for 10-20% higher... WITHOUT license and insurance. That's CRAZY. My initial consult began with Heather. She managed the project and was so professional. From providing me my quote to bringing me all my specs in person. Fantastic experience! During the project, her team was so thoughtful and punctual. Showed up every morning before I left to work and earned my trust to leave them to work in my home independently. I have 3 dogs that are a bit high maintenance. Her team was SO great in being conscious of my needs and the needs of my dogs. Heather's team, Alex and Edgar were so kind as to even get to know my dogs so that my dogs would be comfortable as they moved in and out of my House. Also while they worked, they wore booties and kept my bedroom clean while they were worked. Every day, my bathroom was sealed neatly and the picked up where they left off. The project was completed without a single issue. I couldn't be happier. TL;DR: BEST priced company, and the BEST service around. VERY easy to work with. VERY nice and professional people.

I intentionally waited three months after our project was completed to write this review. I wanted…read moreto live in the space--to open every drawer, use every fixture, and really test the quality of the work. Now that the dust has settled, I can say without hesitation that hiring Merge for our kitchen and guest bathroom remodel was the best decision we could have made. Our journey with them actually began back in late February of 2025 when we met the team at a home show. We were upfront with them that, for personal reasons, we wouldn't be able to start the physical construction until the fall. Instead of pushing for a quick sale, they offered realistic, professional guidance. They explained that a proper design-to-completion cycle is actually a 6-8 month process. I am so glad they set that expectation early. We started our formal design meetings in March, actual demolition began in mid-August, and the project was fully completed by late October. Because they mapped this out so clearly, we never felt rushed or behind schedule. From start to finish, it was clear that this women-owned business operates differently than your typical contractor. They were incredibly organized, setting clear expectations by sitting us down and laying out exactly how the process would look. Heather, our primary contact, was phenomenal. She truly collaborated with us rather than just dictating design. We provided a budget and a general sense of our style, and the team took it from there. One of the things we appreciated most was their design philosophy. Instead of overwhelming us with unlimited choices, they took the time to understand our taste and would present us with no more than three perfectly curated options. If we were stuck, they would fine-tune the selection until it was perfect. They listened intently to what mattered to us--spacing, functionality, storage, and ambiance--and translated that into a design that fits our lives perfectly. Once the construction phase began in August, the level of professionalism remained unmatched. The nine-week build was smooth because communication was the backbone of the process. We received a note every single morning detailing exactly who would be in our house and what specific tasks would be completed that day. Furthermore, on the rare occasion we did need to reach out to them, their response was immediate--usually within 30 minutes. They didn't just reply to the text; they actively addressed the concern immediately. The various contractors they brought in were professional, polite, and extremely respectful of our living space. Any minor issues that popped up--as they do in any construction project--were dealt with instantly. The team's attention to detail was validated during our final walkthrough. Before we could even point out small cosmetic touch-ups, the team had already identified them and corrected them on the spot. Now, three months later, the craftsmanship holds up beautifully. We are absolutely in love with the new space. If you are looking for a team that offers honest guidance on timelines, respects your budget, and manages a project with military-grade organization, look no further than Merge. We recommend them for any project, large or small. I have attached before and after pictures for review.

We tried various machines where every time we would get the item and the claw would be moving halfway towards the drop off section. The claw would open up on its own, even though the item was secure in the claw while moving the first couple seconds. The mail working the register told me his manager calibrates the claw machines in a way that you have to keep spending on it until you can have a payout. He said there's nothing he can do about it and that's how claw machines work. I feel like that's a poor excuse if you spend about $50 for young kids to try to get a prize. Other claw machines around town do not drop your item that many times and force you to keep spending over and over again. I think this will be our last time here.
