Meticulous in their workmanship and took care with moving furniture and keeping things clean. We will be back for future flooring needs.

I told him what I was looking for and what I was uninterested in. He helped me and answered all my questions then scheduled a later date and time to come to my house and measure the areas being redone. After measuring, he sent the quote over that night. We had our carpeted stairs and the vinyl flooring in our common areas, hallway and bedroom replaced with carpet and new baseboards put in. It took approximately 2 days. The men who worked on the house were respectful and so hardworking. They cleaned up each day when they were finished. The craftsmanship was beautiful. I didn't know I could feel so strongly about carpet. My husband said, "Our quality of life has gone up." His quote was a little more than I was expecting but hired him anyway. His quick response won me over. Fernando came on time the following week and explained what he was going to do. I needed work done in the master bedroom and adjoining loft space and it took him about two hours to complete everything including vacuuming. Just a note: all furniture was cleared out prior to Fernando's arrival. It'll probably cost more to have them move furniture. I'm very happy with the outcome!

The years of foot traffic, kitchen spills, plus aging pets who made their own "contribution"; we needed a deep cleaning but knew we would never enjoy beautiful floors again. We were wrong. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. We are more than pleased with the quality of the work. The price we paid and the aftercare we can now expect. We are more than happy to recommend Silver State for YOUR home or commercial project.

When there is a significant lapse of time between measure and install, it is best to come back out to site to make sure all parties are on the same page. Communication was fabulous throughout. Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed.
