I like how they created their backdrops and was able to capture my vision however, I was a bit surprised on the amount of money she charged for it. My family did a cake smash for our 1year old and paid more than our wedding photo with videography, she changed *500 for just creating the scenery no pictures included, and if you wanted just 1 digital photo with full right in sizes not 8'11 it was roughly 700 for one photograph, we spent about 2,500 for just the full size right of 40 photo no hardcopies, accessories included. And she also allowed no personal phones or video to be taking. Personally I wouldn't book another session, there are a lot of photographers in Jacksonville that can provide the same quality at a much lower cost. I did like her work but had buyer's remorse immediately after leaving the studio. read more

Christy does an excellent job doing exactly what you ask for, plus adding very professional -and welcome- additions. I ask for her to do some touch ups on a head shot and she was able to complete it within a few days of the initial request. I originally sent her a low resolution photo which she informed me of, but I told her to continue without knowing whether I would have a better photo available. It was the exact moment that she finished editing that I found a higher resolution photo to send to her. She sent me what she had and was very kind to offer to edit the new one. I asked her to do the same for the new photo and she was able to get back to me within hours. I felt like a very valued customer with a highly personalized service and attention. I had a very small, intimate wedding yesterday (10/1/2016), but even though it was small, I really wanted a great photographer to capture the moment(s). I found Christy and was quite impressed with her reviews and her pricing for a small wedding like ours. She responded to my inquiry quickly and offers the option to pay online, which is fantastic! She was even able to give me a wonderful suggestion for a venue when the one I wanted was booked (I had only two months to plan, so the help was greatly appreciated)! Christy did our newborn and new family photos! She was patient and accommodating with a newborn and 3 other children! She made sure I was comfortable when I needed to nurse and had everything you would need on hand for a baby and children. Her props surpassed my expectations and she was quick with setting up and prop changes so we maximized the time the baby was asleep. The session itself was amazing and comfortable! Then when we had our viewing I just cried at how amazing the photos were! She made the process of making a decision easy and I love how she uses her projector so you can view your images and see every detail! I also loved that she didn't have to take 3,000 pictures to get the right shot. So my family didn't have to stand in a pose for 20 min. Her work filled my walls with beautiful family pictures! I've always valued the art of capturing memories with great photography. So without a doubt in my mind, a great photographer is extremely important for my important day. After doing some homework on my own, looking at Christy's Facebook and Google review, I called and scheduled my free consultation. The consultation was pressure free. She allowed me some time (by myself) to look at some of the past weddings she have done. I looked through three wedding albums and decided that she was the right photographer for my wedding! I liked that there were several different packages to choose from. After our conservation and going over my expectations of what I want from my photographer, she recommended the Gold Package: Full wedding day coverage (my wedding started at 9:30am and ended at 10:30pm because I had two different ceremonies for two different culture), DVD of wedding images, Engagement session, Bridal Fashion Shoot (highly recommend!), $200 credit on prints, Acrylic Box, and DVD slideshow. Needless to say, the Gold package allowed me to capture my special day. My engagement pictures turned out great! The day before my engagement shoot, I had a allergic reaction and my face broke out. Christy told me not to worry because the pictures would still be great. Her professionalism and energy made my engagement shoot wonderful! She edited close up shots to smooth out the bumps on my face and caught some very candid/natural shots. Once I got my engagement pictures back, I knew that my wedding pictures would turn out perfect. And... they sure did! I love my wedding pictures as well as my Rock the Dress pictures. Rock the Dress Shoot is a photo-shoot after the wedding where the couple can relax and their time to take pictures.
