I originally sent her a low resolution photo which she informed me of, but I told her to continue without knowing whether I would have a better photo available. It was the exact moment that she finished editing that I found a higher resolution photo to send to her. She sent me what she had and was very kind to offer to edit the new one. I asked her to do the same for the new photo and she was able to get back to me within hours. I felt like a very valued customer with a highly personalized service and attention. My family did a cake smash for our 1year old and paid more than our wedding photo with videography, she changed *500 for just creating the scenery no pictures included, and if you wanted just 1 digital photo with full right in sizes not 8'11 it was roughly 700 for one photograph, we spent about 2,500 for just the full size right of 40 photo no hardcopies, accessories included. And she also allowed no personal phones or video to be taking. Personally I wouldn't book another session, there are a lot of photographers in Jacksonville that can provide the same quality at a much lower cost. I did like her work but had buyer's remorse immediately after leaving the studio.

It asked me to include family formals, small details that she should know about, and a timeline of events. I appreciated that so much! She kept us on a timeline, was able to get my family to corporate for pictures (which is a huge task all on its own), and even helped the bridal party through a torrential downpour. Every single picture was better than the last and we had SOOO MANY pictures from that day. The variety of pictures and quality is simply stunning. This December I decided to propose to my girlfriend at the night of light's event in St Augustine. FL. Little did i know , I picked the busiest night of the year for the area! Crowds were everywhere and there was even a parade of boats covered in Christmas lights. Despite the challenges, Stephen stayed in constant contact, gave helpful suggestions and brought an assistant to help manage the crowd.
