I wanted to make sure that nothing was left to chance when it came to our wedding. In the beginning…read moremy wife told me when the time came and we arrived in town she didn't want to have to worry about anything. I went to great lengths to remove any worry or chances of worry from her. We rented the lodge at the venue and stayed onsite for two nights prior to the wedding. One of the most important people ruined all those efforts. I agreed to pay a premium price for the professional services that were promised to us. She was supposed to do hair and makeup three times. The first day she showed up 45 minutes late. The night of the rehearsal which was scheduled for 6:30, hair and make up was supposed to arrive at 4:30. They showed up at 6:30 after several less than nice conversations. Needless to say it was a disaster. I asked for a full refund and was told in writing that it would be granted. I received a partial refund and a half hearted attempt to play on my Christian values to sway me to agree to dismiss the rest as services rendered. This is not what was promised as so many other things were. Completely disgusted at the manner in which this company disregarded our special day. Thankfully we were blessed to find a replacement the night before the wedding and she did an amazing job.
