All communication including paying rent was done through their app. If any repairs were needed they had someone out as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. Our family relocated so we did not renew our lease, and the move out process couldn't have been easier. We left the house in the exact same shape as when we moved in and our deposit was returned within 30 days. They give very clear instructions on what they expect to be done before move out which makes no room for question. Can't recommend them enough.

This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

Sold us a lemon home with the a/c that failed only 2 weeks after moving in from a passed "home…read moreinspection" from their contracted home inspector. Blower motor on A/C completely failed during the summer exactly 2 weeks moving into our fairly new home after concerns were brought up before and during and after the home inspection that the A/C was not cooling or blowing to feel it even though it was swore up and down by the inspector and our realtor that everything was fine. Even on our last day to sign the home and do a final walkthrough, I did not sign the papers because the A/C was not working properly. We came back the next morning and was still not satisfied but pushed regardless to close on the deal after multiple attempts and even notifying of hiring a HVAC person to inspect before buying. But we were told the home inspection report listed nothing wrong and we were over reacting. We had two A/C technicians tell us the blower was completely dead after diagnosing after being left with no A/C. Exactly the issues I had warned about before closing on the home that were dismissed every time. We called and notified our agent right away who didn't do anything to help besides tell us to call home warranty and cover whatever out of pocket... After he collected a $18,000+ commission check from selling us the home and us giving $13,000 down after being told clean bill of health on the house. For making that much money off of us and leaving us to hang and dry after pushing us to close when we kept telling them something was wrong... Now several thousand later and new blower motor we are left with no sympathy or assistance after keeping them updated as they asked. Do not buy a home from One Realty Group, they will belittle you and act like you don't know any better and when the incident you been talking about as the house was in escrow comes to life right after you move in during the summer and told good luck with home warranty! Absolute scam artists and selling us a home they knew had a/c issues that they did not care to address with the seller and have checked out before closing and moving in. At this point I liked the reviews and the phone intro from Tyler. i sent a text to Tyler to arrange in person meeting , and confirmed that i was visiting. Everything sounded good... Until i traveled to Las Vegas on the day of the meeting in the morning. I drove about 6 hours from Cali to meet Tyler and contacted him 2 hours before our meeting to ask if we can meet earlier since i arrived earlier than expected. The text i received was nothing but utterly unprofessional and upsetting to me. Tyler responded via text that he wasn't sure if i was coming or not for some reason.
