1. 3 different Initial forms ask for your occupation. Why? Before you even go into a consultation, they want to know too much irrelevant personal information. 2. The 4 front desk clerks, in scrubs, give convoluted answers to simple questions, as they're only task is to get you to fill out 11 forms, which only 2 are 1/2 medically based, and the remaining are reconfigured and duplicated for a marketing firm to receive. 3. It's not mentioned that your eyes will be dilated with a "solution" and the clerks just responded with medical advise of just wearing a pair of sunglasses to drive, when the form says to have someone drive you. I didn't know clerks in scrubs were licensed doctors to give advise also, as they hand you a pen to sign away and get you in a room ASAP!?

I have been coming here for years, over 10 in fact. I have an eye condition I call R.F.E. , it…read morestands for Really Effed-up Eyes. Sure there's a more technical name for it, but I won't bore you with the details. So, R.F.E. means they have to contour map the surface of my eyes every few years and I have to see a doctor who looks at the picture and makes thoughtful noises. At one point they told me that it could be degenerative and I might have to have a corneal transplant. The corneas would come from either a pig or a dead person, both sounded AWESOME. So imagine my disappointment when they told me a few years ago that my eyes had stabilized. My hope of being featured on some sort of horror movie where I see dead people or start squealing like a pig were dashed (yes I know those stories have been done). Truth be told, I was leaning towards the pig eyes. I imagined how having an inhuman glare might work to my advantage! Anyways, I get to keep my messed up corneas and this place has been keeping me in glasses and seeing pretty well. This year they put me in some medical contacts that corrected my vision to almost 20/20. For me, this is like walking around seeing the world in HD after watching it on an old 1970s console TV like the one your Grandparents had. It's great! The staff and Doctors have been great to work with. Even though they use a bunch of fancy words, they are willing to dumb things down so this dim wit can understand! Quite nice of them! So, if you ever get R.F.E. or just need a great eye Doctor, check this place out.

She was physically holding my daughter down for eye drops and I had to demand she andk her to stop. I accidentally saw her today for an eye emergency situation. I was in extreme pain. she didn't care & told me to "open my eye for insurance purposes." She is inappropriate, inadequate. and provides dangerous care. All while repeating that she's been a doctor for "35 years." I left with no instructions, she provided me nothing and my eye has gotten worse, I've been a nurse nearly 20 and have never encountered a physician that talks about herself more. She lioves to talk about her "accomplishments," l but treats patients, most importantly, children terribly. Bottom line is don't see her.

My son sees a pediatrician here and we are very pleased with her service, the cleanliness of the facility and the courtesy of the staff who work there. I can usually get an appointment the same day or the next day by scheduling online of course. There are a variety of specialties there I don't even know them all but they also have eye services and podiatry. The clinic is very well labeled so it's easy to find where you're supposed to be. I've always seen Allina providers and will continue to in the future.

I saw this place had most of the services I need (general practice, allergies, dermatology), so I made the switch. I wanted to go in to get tested for diabetes because I was showing some of the symptoms, it runs in my family and I had not had a physical in years anyways. I figured it wouldn't hurt. So I go into the office and I'm explaining this to the Internal Medicine Dr and she cuts me off and starts asking me some questions. She asks if I'm on birth control and when I had my last pap. I answered her even though I was confused as to what it really had to do with getting tested for diabetes. I guess I figured hey, I'm not a doctor. I'll just paraphrase the rest - basically she continued to lecture me on the dangers of getting pregnant/stds. I explained that I'm 26 years old and that my boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years, we use condoms etc etc. She insisted on me getting a pap smear right then and there. Maybe other ladies are totally cool with spontaneous pap smears and not getting any help with the actual reason they went there but I don't know, it wasn't really my favorite I guess. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that I did end up finding out that I didn't have diabetes. Plus I got the surprise bonus tests to find out I wasn't pregnant and I didn't have STDs or cancer. Hooray!
