Cut down several live and dead trees, some close to 90 feet tall They used a track-mounted, hydraulically-operated arborist people lift that raised John up near the top of the trees so that he could safely cut and drop 3 to 4 foot long sections. Also trimmed the branches of several other trees. Some of those branches were huge and over 70 feet off of the ground. Cleared away a large area of brush and saplings near our garage. Used a high-powered chipper to quickly dispose of tons of branches, carted away the cut-up logs via both pickup trucks & dump trucks, and thoroughly cleaned up their work areas when they were finished.

Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.

They decided to start their own company and I will definitely be calling them again for any and all tree issues. We got several quotes for removal of the large tree that fell across our front lawn (and some additional work in the back), and Paul not only beat their prices by a good margin, but he was more than willing to commit to his prices in writing, which for some reason, not all companies are willing to do. His team of 4+ guys were very professional and very careful when they cut down trees, and moved them off our lawn. They also did a good job cleaning up after the fallen branches and blowing the debris. They did the work within a few days from when they came by to give us the quote.
