We drove all the way across town to come to this location with a group. The food is just mediocre at best. I've had better frozen pizzas from the supermarket than what they served us today. Also, the tea was old, and the salad bar was minimal. At the Chuck E. Cheese in our town, they have onions, eggs, sunflower seeds... Just a lot more options than what this one has. The two stars is really because when we were finished playing, we went to the desk to cash in our tokens for prizes and we were told that "we couldn't do that today ". They said there was just too many of us to be able to cash our tokens in. That's absolutely stupid because there were only four of us at the counter at the time! Came for a birthday party today. It was lots of fun. The party host was amazing and very attentive. The games are fun and everything was working. The facility was nice and clean. All the staff was nice except for the girl working the front register . Her attitude is terrible. Was ordering wings and she didn't know how to use the Groupon, no big deal. I wanted to change the flavor on the wing. She took a deep breath and was like ugh let me start all over. She moved slow and she spoke so low I could hardly hear her. Anyway didn't let it ruin the party. The pizza isn't as good as it used to be and the wing tastes like the frozen Tyson wings. $30 for 14 wings . Not worth it. read more

I love bringing my kids here to have fun we always have great time and we love the food

I have a love hate relationship with this place. So, I've been to several in several states. I must say the this one was cleaner than most of the others I have attended. My biggest challenge is how expensive the food is for what you get. We booked a kids party for our family (since we are large enough to have just our family at the kids party! lol) And unfortunately, online it advertised 2 slices of pizza for each child and a personal pizza for the adult. But apparently before it was changed online the policy at the location had changed, so we had to add pizza for mom and dad.. At $11 each it seemed way too steep for them already making a fortune off each of our 5 kids. The gal serving us was super sweet about it, and tried to make up for the snaffoo in other ways. But if you can afford the expense of it, it's a nice place for your kids to go have fun for a day. Security is great, you take a photo on your phone of your party, so you know the kids aren't leaving without you (we have one that's a bit of a runner, so this is good for us) and there are plenty of games for the whole gang (we have ages 6-15). If the music is low enough (which it actually is at this location) parents can actually sit and have a nice conversation while the kids play away. This was our second birthday at this location. The first time, we just went as a family and ordered a pizza and wings for us without all the birthday fanfare, the second time, we did the party. The cost wasn't much different to my recollection and the added birthday bonus' made it perfect for our daughter. Our daughter happens to have Trisomy21/Down Syndrome and the staff were SPECTACULAR with her! I really wish I remembered the name of our server. She always spoke directly to my daughter, and if she didn't understand what she said she would ask a second time before turning to me, and when I would "translate" she would still answer directly to my daughter. Little things like this mean a TON to a mom with a "fancy" kid. Getting to do the ticket blaster was so exciting but at first a little scary for her, but the staff were patient with her (and since her coordination is a little bit of a challenge as my daughter was exiting the blaster with just a tiny few tickets, the gals swept up a few tickets from the floor and handed them to her... my heart grew!) Photo's with Chuck E. and the Birthday Dance were big hits with our daughter as well. Souvenir cups for everyone and balloons round it out!! Since this was her birthday outing but a day early we did not bring a cake for our daughter, so at "cake time" (since there are other birthday parties going on at the same time, for us it was just one other party) they brought out a little treat with a candle for her as well! My biggest complaint from this visit is that I wish they would have honored their online advertised package. Having five kids and only one bread winner, we are always on a very tight budget and the added cost was a hit to our budget. I was really impressed with this Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. I was there for our grandson's birthday along with three other adults and six kids. The pizza was very tasty and I could see they were keeping up with the salad bar regularly. Plenty of soda options. It was so easy to keep track of the kids and they had an amazing time playing all the games. Lots to do for everyone from my two year old granddaughter to my 15 year old niece. I was super impressed with the manager of this store. He was everywhere, helping everyone. He even made sure we got the photo out of one of the rides. This is one spot that really pleasantly surprised me. My son just turned 3 and after doing the large overwhelming party i just wanted to do something more relaxed for him and more intimate that he would enjoy. Growing up i remember Chuck E. Cheese getting a bad reputation for being dirty; overlooked and the food being disgusting. The entire facility was spotless including the restrooms. Joshua the manager was so friendly and helpful making sure we got the best bang for our buck when purchasing play points and food. He really acted like he cared for his customers and his attitude clearly showed it. The salad bar is great and fresh. It's sort of hard to reach back getting different toppings when the glass is right in front but they have everything even dried cranberries which is hard to find in salad bars! The pizza was superb! I had 4 slices which I'm sort of embarrassed to admit. It also came out quickly under 15 minutes for sure. We were even able to bring in our own cake and candles which is again so nice and relaxed that you can bring them! While they do offer them there you have to order them 24 hour before i believe. The games were so fun they have everything from toddler tot games to older kids wanting to place racecar games or a basketball game. Our favorite was the roller coaster ride with the yellow seats that made you feel as if you were riding one! I had so much fun more fun that I'd ever think i would in a place like this and Chuck E. I just want to say if you have a young family and want to spend a day at a family friendly place, this is not it! Steer clear especially if you have a baby. We have found ourselves here a lot having a little toddler and lots of birthday parties but things have changed when I had a little baby. I took my child and baby here for a school event (for my oldest). Normally, the place echos and there's hardly anyone here but not this evening particularly. It was packed of people from my son's school and their family. I brought my newborn baby with me and I searched the facility for a place to breastfeed. It was cold, rainy, windy, and storming outside and I was hoping to nurse the baby inside and not have to go to my car. I asked the worker who told me there's no mother's room there. She called her manager who is a man, and told me to go the restroom for that. When I said, "do you eat in the restroom because my baby shouldn't have to" he replied that there are a lot of people and children there. We left right after and I will say I will not support another Chuck E. Cheese establishment after that encounter. All of the children indoor places and kids places I have been to have a mother's room for nursing and it is surprising Chuck E. Cheese have not gotten the memo to support families. Long story short: There are a thousand of arcades out there, this one gets one star, do not recommend. read more

I can't rate the food as I have never ordered anything to eat here but I take my kids regularly because it's relatively inexpensive to buy 30 minutes of play. Not the Chuck E. Cheese of our childhoods! It was clean and not musty smelling. The pizza is much improved from what I remember. I took my 3 mo old and 2 yo and they both did well. There was another review left by a breastfeeding mom that was told to go to the restroom to feed. I didn't have that experience. I fed my infant at one of the tables off to the side without any fuss. One of my son is a big Chuck E. Cheese fan and during our visit in OKC we took the kids here. Covid safety precautions such as mask required to get in, temp check, table spacing and hand sanitizer was provided. And also, we heard on the intercom an employee reminding guests to have mask on at all time except while eating or drinking. While all those was good. Here what really goes on. An entire family was walking around mask-less, several other guests have their mask pull down and I also, observed an employee have her mask pulled down. It's kinda weird to see all the effort of trying to be safety precautious only to be blind what's really going on. I get it, it's easier to not say anything than to piss guests off. I will have to give this place another try because on this, our first visit, SOMETHING SMELLED SO BAD. You guys, I'm not sure what it was (the employees said something was wrong with the gas), but it was nostril fire inducing. Ok, enough about that. The games were fun! They even had a clock "ride" that felt like a kids amusement park (more so than the standard quarter slightly moving train machines). My boys love to run around here, and I always feel safe at Chuck E Cheese. Second major problem, the wait to buy prizes is too long. My kids were so exhausted from standing there waiting that we ended up leaving and letting them buy a treat from 7-11. It's Chuck E. Cheese what can I say.......Kids love it here! We brought our son here a a treat to just have fun. No food was involved. I found a coupon online, 100 tokens for $20.00. There was no problem redeeming the coupon which was very nice. The staff are smiley and friendly. I do really like how they stamp you and your kid so no one can kidnap your child. This day in age that really is a relief, Thank you chuck E cheese for the safety of our kids!! We played games for about an hour. It was a lot of fun. Our son ran around trying to get as many tickets as he can. We all know we could just take them to the store and they would get a much better toy for the $20 spent, but it's about the fun and excitement of it all. Memories and laughter with your kids is what you take away from this place. All of the games that offered tickets actually had tickets so that was nice. After your done the ticket machine collects your tickets and prints you a receipt to take to the counter. We did wait a bit at the prize counter but it was ok because we all know every kid that goes up there has no clue what they want out of the case. I do wish they had a better variety of small items to choose from. Our son finally chose all his little items and they even had cotton candy to choose from. Yes of course he got cotton candy who wouldn't! The lady made sure he got the freshest one they had, which was very nice of her. The building is a little small compared to others that I've visited. Okay so there is the kids perspective of chuck e cheese and the parents perspective. My kid, he loves it. He wanted his birthday party there so we had it over the weekend. We waited about 10 minutes for our party concierge to meet with us and explain how this whole thing was going to go down. At such and suck time we will put in your food order, kids eat, cake at this time, happy bday from teenager in a mouse suit etc. Sounds like a plan, but the execution was horrible. Our hostess was very disengaged and surly. Drink pitchers were lacking refills, we had to wait a long time for our food because our hostess was chatting with coworkers helping with their party tables rather than attending ours. The have switched from a token system to scan cards for game play which is nice. The kids love to try to accumulate tickets to trade in for trinkets although you could play a few games and then go to dollar tree to buy them a prize of better quality and save a lot of money. The most important thing is that the kids had fun I suppose but I would not willingly go back to Chuck E Sheesh. read more

Wow, this is such a huge departure for the NW Expressway location. The NW Expressway location is riddled with broken games, employees who pretty much don't care, old animatronics that barely work, dirty carpets, and the list goes on. This was the complete opposite. It is a bit smaller, but that could be because it wasn't originally a Chuck E. Cheese's. Every game was in working order, and there were several new games I hadn't seen at the other location. Plenty of employees were onhand, and all of them were very friendly and helpful. A game attendant walked around the floor, and let us know that any time a game isn't working properly or we aren't getting our tickets, to let him know and he will take care of it. The animatronics are gone in favor of a large screen that features a looping video with the Chuck E. Cheese's characters and various kids. The food is mediocre, but let's get real...we're not all going to Chuck E . Cheese's just for the food. Now I do realize this location is brand new, so of course everything is shining and sparkling. We go here for great nieces' birthday parties. Pizza is so so, but staff are friendly and focused on making sure the KIDS have a great time. And that should be the focus, anyway. Fun games, easy ones for little kids, challenging ones for bigger kids (aka adults) but the theme is fun. Really only one or two games that could be construed as 'violent' No better joy than handing the kids in my family some free tickets. Their faces light up like it's the best gift ever! Hello I am a recent customer of your "family friendly" establishment. I am many things: a mother to 2 lovely toddlers, a child of Christ, and an author of a parental blog, but I am not a supporter of this horrid restaurant. A couple weeks ago it was my first born's fifth birthday and reluctantly accepted to have his birthday here. We soon found this was the wrong decision. To make a long story short, the parents were served alcohol in a child's arcade site. One man in particular was staggering and behaving very tipsy after having just two drinks. Also my have from the flu and your site is infested with dirt filled carpet and sticky playground equipment. And the thing that worries me the most about this Chuck-E-Cheese is that your pizza, your main dish, have slices that appear uneven and inedible. I would have sent it back but I kept it at my table to teach my sons birthday attendees that you cannot trust "mainstream" chain restaurants. I am very sickened from this experience and will not ever return. I only ask the problems are examined and resolved. And as a warning to other parents, do not come here if you expect any quality of service of ambiance. read more

Unfortunately, my review isn't good. We ordered chicken nuggets and they forgot to ring it up. When we asked for them they did not apologize and when they made them, then they charged us. I expect to pay for them but when they made the mistake, I didn't expect the way they handled it. The second problem was my game card didn't work. I reported it to the manager but he doubted me and told me I was using it wrong. I told him I had to be using it right because my balance was going down. This is where common sense kicks in. If I could give it NO stars, I would. My youngest had wanted to celebrate her 6th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese and we had no issues upon arrival. We were stamped and ordered, everyone was pleasant. After we ate the pizza, which wasn't bad, we played the games (they could use a good cleaning, super sticky!) Once all was said and done, we cashed our points in for Air Heads and proceeded to leave. We were checked out and then my youngest said she needed to go to the bathroom. We went to the bathroom and proceeded to leave again. This time when we got to the exit, I asked if we could just go because we had already been checked out. Before the young girl behind the counter, Emily, could answer, Tyresce, (could be the wrong spelling) freaked out and said,"NO you can't! I have to check you out!" This lady was no where to be seen in the almost two hours we had been there, she seriously popped up out of no where. I tried to tell her we had already checked out and she started yelling at me about how she could lose her job if SHE didn't check us out. She GRABBED my daughters arm forcefully and scanned her arm. When she went to grab my youngest, Emily's arm, again with force, I told her to F*ck Off! I witnessed her grab and pull at my girls' arms (later my eldest Angela said her arm hurt from her grabbing her) and when I cursed at her she said I was making derogatory statements to her and told us to get out. I was showing disrespect because she showed my and my girls disrespect first. You get more with honey then you do with vinegar. When I was leaving, I told her I was going file a complaint with the BBB, call her GM, give her zero stars on Yelp, and that I will do everything in my power to make sure she never works in a child oriented environment ever again. Lord have mercy. This place was a nightmare where the food is concerned. We waited for over an HOUR to get two personal pan pizzas. How in the world does it take an hour to make two of the smallest pizzas? The unlimited salad bar that that costs $9 was pitiful, but clean. The manager was on his phone constantly when my husband went to inquire about our missing pizza, so that was annoying. The staff was friendly, but they seemed really understaffed. One thing I did like about it was that they stamped everyone in your party with the same number. As you left, you had to let them check your numbers to make sure we were leaving with our kids. I think hiring more staff would fix most of the problem. Entertaining hungry kids while waiting that long for pizza is impossible. read more

WiFi frequently doesn't work. No one seems to care and acts as though it's status quo. Employees tend to gather and talk and or play on cell phone, but seem to disappear when a customer wants to order or buy something. This trend seems to be set by the manager. I've watched him stand around until a customer walks in and then he immediately disappears (I've witnessed this three times). As a result, the greeter has to call up a cashier, one of whom was eating. Meanwhile, the customer has to wait to spend money even though several employees are within sight. Seems to have a lack of management. There are two employees that are very polite, happy, and seem to do the majority of work while everyone else goofs offs and/or disappears. read more

Color me surprised, y'all. I went to a 3 year old's birthday party expecting a loud and filthy nightmare of a play place. Imagine my shock when I realized it was well-controlled chaos-- no doubt due to the staff. I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese's in ages, so I'm sure this is neither new nor unique but I loved the check-in with matching stamps for little ones and parents for safety. The salad bar looked clean and fresh, and I didn't realize they had things other than pizza (like wings). I made a mental note of those options and planned on going back to order something other than what I expected to be greasy kid pizza, but again was pleasantly surprised that it was actually OK (like maybe between Little Casears and Pizza Hut, so not gourmet but not inedible). When my son touched his piece of cake but refused to eat it, I didn't want it to go to waste so I had a half a piece and it was good too-- not dry and not over the top sugary. One of the other guests had food allergies and his parents brought him his own food, but Chuck E Cheese had gluten-free, allergy friendly pizza available for him-- mind blown. The games were as clean as they could be on a winter Saturday where everyone wanted to be playing inside. Several were out of order, but there were still plenty to go around. The standout for me was the staff-- each party has a staff member facilitating, and ours was a high school junior who couldn't have been sweeter. He was engaged with the kids, asking what their favorite color was and getting them hyped for Chuckee's appearance. He did it all without a hint of sarcasm or frustration, just all around a happy and friendly guy. The pizza is unfortunate and everything is coated with stickiness. I took my son, and the I almost scheduled a preemptive doctor's visit while he was playing in the tubes. The systems in place are made to squeeze blood from a turnip. We, the customers are but a cost factor in a spreadsheet. I saw the limited salad bar (cici's pizza is a salad buffet giant in comparison) 6 breadsticks and I wanted a little side salad. I had no choice but to pay $9 for the "infinite" salad bar. $14.21!!! 6 breadsticks and a styrofoam plate with $0.35 worth of lettuce. I waited in that ordering line over 25 mins. Right through my birthday party kid's song and cake! The man running the front? He was damn good. Calm cool and collected and efficient as A SINGLE EMPLOYEE CAN BE with the idiot ordering system. The kid stamping arms? he tried his best to be helpful but clearly, he had no training or was too new to know what to do beyond his post and the guy running the cash register was so slammed upselling every package to anyone who would feel the savings to train him for anything. They were grossly understaffed on a busy b-day weekend day. I waited so long for my breadsticks I FORGOT I ORDERED THEM. We were leaving after our 2 hours of the party. Not remotely happy for any of it. My friends paid $350 for the party package but CC didn't reserve enough seats. Several of us sat anywhere but with the party. It was a cluster blank of a disjointed party. She didn't open presents bc the waits were so long all the bands were expired,so she opened gifts AT HOME later? RIDICULOUS! RIDICULOUS WAITS FOR REALLY AWFUL FOOD AT DEALERSHIP PRICES! Because my husband forgot to order my food after his OWN 25 min wait. we compared notes and for the "luxury" of using your facilities for a birthday party that was paid for--cost my husband and me $35-40 for a pep pizza, 6 breadsticks! 2 glasses of water (ice was empty the whole party) and $.035 of lettuce. Not worth the wait. Not worth the cost. Not worth the CHAOS. Absolutely horrible. So sad to say but what was once a clean well kept establishment has turned into a POS. You cannot have any of the billion toys in the case only what's available behind the counter so everything my kids asked for they were out of which is not fair because they are asking for something that is sitting in the case in abundance. The tables were filthy, the floor was disgusting, and the lettuce at the salad bar was brown and slimy. Every other game was broken or not putting any tickets out.
