Great indoor playground for kids with plenty of slides. There's also a huge foam jumping pit. We noticed a lady who was obv on drugs passed out. Her kid was bullying others since the mom was zonked out. The staff quickly addressed the issue and kicked her out. Decent place to take the kids. read more

My daughter had our granddaughter's 6th birthday here last weekend. I honestly can't think of one negative thing! The facility was clean and the employees were constantly cleaning while we were there. The accommodations to host a large birthday party were perfect! And the young man, Ean Chrisman, who helped us where ever he could was outstanding! He went above and beyond! The place is amazing! 100% toddler friendly and it was very cheap! I paid $12 my for kid (1.5 years old) to get in. $12 for the weekend and $9 during the weekday. The lady up front but also one of the owner was so sweet!! My toddler had lot of things to do, there's a section for infant and there's a section for toddlers. This place is definitely meant for younger kids. Snacks and grippy socks are priced decently. We had such an amazing experience. read more

I did enjoy this place visiting the first time, however I tried to revisit and checked for hours online which said it was open on a Wednesday at 9 am. We show up and someone said they weren't open till 3 pm and didn't let us in. I may understand but the hours online said otherwise. Found it pretty annoying since it's cold outside and this "indoor playground" is not even "open". read more

I booked a party for my sons birthday. His first big birthday party and expecting the big glass rooms. Upon arrival I found out they had 3 parties going and we were basically being stuck in a storage closet. This "room 3" was so off in the corner that you walked by more storage closets to walk in it. The room was disgusting. Not clean and literally being used as a storage. Spare tables, chairs, and even a nursery glider were crowding an already small "party" room. Along with every cart they had in the place. The lady running it at arrival was rude and unhelpful. They asked me if I wanted to change my date! No I just want an actual party room like I paid for. And on the day of the party? Yea let me call all 20 people less than 60 mins before the party. Are you serious? She said management would be there at noon to speak with me. Never saw them either. So if you are interested in renting a smelly storage closet with no customer service for $300-400 then this is the spot. We won't be back. It's a great place for toddlers and kids older, when we first got there I was iffy because some left trash but they quickly cleaned up and those people who left stuff strolled out eventually picked up and left. My 1 year old ran around and played till no end! I will definitely come back if we stay in the area again. We love Kidz Funtown! We have gone off and on over the last couple of years. We usually buy the monthly unlimited pass during the winter and it's been great. I think for me personally, the best thing about Kidz Funtown is we have never gotten sick or picked any illness up there! They do an excellent job of cleaning the areas and toys. read more

We LOVE Kidz Funtown! We buy a monthly pass for my little boy every single month and we always get our money's worth. We go literally 4-5 times a week when the weather isn't great. There is so much to do for kids of all ages. My son is only 14 months, but he has a great time. The small toddler area is huge and has a lot of great stuff for little ones to play with. The owners and employees are WONDERFUL! We adore them. The place is nice and clean and they have the cutest party rooms. We will continue to support this business for years to come! We booked my daughter's birthday party at Kidz Funtown and we paid the supreme package and the large party room. I checked with the person working there and he assured me that the largest room was available for the date that I wanted. So I invited my guests according to the area !! When we arrived for our birthday we saw another party in our room. We were told the big room already was booked and we were sent to a small party room.my guest didnt even have place to sit or stay!!! their customer servis is disappointing i never book a party there anymore. We used to go there for years, but after yesterday's awful customer service experience they lost our business. We came yesterday at 5.10pm (they close at 6pm on Sunday, so it's still good 50 minutes (not 5 min!!!) till the closing that is perfectly enough for small children to enjoy, play and wind themselves out. It happened that I came first among other parents. First of all there were 3 receptionists but they didn't pay any attention to me and just casually had a chat between themselves. When I called for attention and told them that I was there WITH the party of my friend (name is omitted for privacy reason) they didn't bother to look through their notes (though my friend called them the day before and told them that there would be guests who would come as a group for her son's birthday celebration)- they just immediately told me: "we don't have those names, we close at 6pm, you came to the wrong place" and literally pointed me to the door! Again, they didn't bother to look through their journal or where else they kept their record- they simply didn't want to let a child in 45(!!!) minutes before closing! That's uncalled! You don't want to work on Sunday evening- don't keep your business opened then, but it's unacceptable not to let people in when there is still almost an hour of their business being opened! And all that was presented not in a nice friendly apologetic way- they were openly rude and didn't try to hide their aggravation that somebody "dared to come on Sunday evening." And that attitude came not from a hired personal but from co-owners themselves. That's not an acceptable customer service experience- they lost our business and I'd make sure to pass that information along to many of our friends and acquaintances with small children that "apparently we are not welcomed there if we "dare to come" 1 hour before their closing time." read more

I"ve been going to this place for years with no issues. I have and autistic son and I always expressed to the owner that my son has sensory issues with wearing socks. I was invited to my friend's girl birthday party, only to get there and explain to the owner again that my son he's autistic and has sensory issues and he wouldn't keep socks on. The owner told me that he wouldn't know if he's autistic and even after explaining to him and he kept repeating 3x I don't know whether he's autistic. (Like implying that I was making his disability up. I don't know which parent would make up such a thing) I even told him we have been there many times without any issues. Then he proceeded to say we have to buy the socks(that was paid for by my friends party) and wanted to give me old socks, until I said I don,t want those socks. All this time My older son was standing there listening. He finally gave me my new socks( only to go in and found that there were people with no socks. All this was very unessesary for him to say that. For an establishment that caters to children they need to educate themselves about children disability and there struggles. As a parent it's already hard to keep having to explain to people about your child. read more

My first time coming last week to this establishment. My usual spot is Breakaway but I saw this on Yelp and thought I give it a try. My 6 year old daughter had a great time! Her favorite thing was the zip line. This is a very cute and clean spot, plenty of chairs and tables and seats, bathroom was clean , good selection of snacks to purchase and they offer free coffee. This place is AMAZING! Only thing I hate is that we live so far. This place is in Edmond and amazing for kids of all ages including my little baby who enjoyed the large baby area (that's gated) they even have workers who play hide and seek with the kids and chase. There is a super fun zip line that they help the kids with. This place is so big but you can sit in the middle and see your children everywhere. Clean. Neat. Nice workers. We had so much fun and we will be back!!!! read more

No staff attending the different stations, so kids were getting hurt because of other crazy kids doing stuff that they were not supposed to be doing. My son had his 8th birthday party here this weekend. Let me just say, I was completely blown away by the facility, owners, and staff! They were so helpful and extremely attentive. I purchased a package that allowed the kids to play in Kidz Funtown and Phamily Fun Fitness obstacle. They all had the time of their lives! There was a staff member that was with the kids helping them with obstacles, leading dodgeball games, and ensuring they were having a blast. The babies and younger kids throughly enjoyed the area in Kidz Funtown geared to their age.
