This place has been upgraded and very nicely done. They have more options and the pizza is still good. My nephew had a great time celebrating his birthday. Staff was enthusiastic and accommodating. The place was clean and not too crowded however it was a weekday so that's a great tip! read more

Here is the deal... This Chuck E Cheese is clean, well staffed, and well organized especially for birthday parties. And the pizza is pretty decent as well, especially when you do the cheese stuffed crust. What impressed me the most was the service. Jairo was our birthday party host and he was great. Was extremely communicative and accommodating, and made sure everything was specialized for what we wanted... even down to the individual flavors of nice cream each of our little party guests wanted. General Manager Mike is completely unprofessional and rude. i would give ZERO stars if I could. Chuck E. Cheese posted that this location offers sensory-sensitive hour on the first sunday of every month. We called this location to check VARIOUS TIMES, and it was confirmed. I met the family I work with and their child who is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and the drive was 50 minutes for me. When we got there, the doors were locked and an employee answered my knocks at the door with a "and YOU are?" I was polite and told them I was here for the sensory-sensitive hour, he said he would ask his general manager, and they NEVER CAME BACK. They both openly ignored me, and the family I was with as we were standing outside. The child was extremely upset as this was a change in routine for him, but was willing to try something new. I called back to clarify the situation and Mike answered the phone enthusiastically, however when I asked him if he remembered the family the left outside for 20 minutes, he denied the situation occurred. It wasn't until I mentioned that corporate would be getting an email before he yelled into the phone saying that this situation did occur before hanging up on me. No one should give this chuck E. Cheese their business. In fact, go to Funzilla instead, where they accommodated the family and I with empathy and provided a fun-filled experience. read more

Why can't there be one of these Chuck E Cheese's that doesn't have sticky furniture, horrible pizza and broken games? This Chuck E. Cheese sucks. Took my kids on Sunday to get them out of the house. The place was pretty empty which is how I like it to be. I walked up to the counter to order some food and tokens. The cashier was not nice didn't say hello or anything. I told him that I had a coupon that I wanted to use. As I was explaining to him what the coupon was for he cut me off and asked for the coupon code. Wow lol. Any rate, I proceeded to order some pizza. He handed me my receipt. I said "thanks" and got no response. I sat at one of the tables and waited for my food to come out. It took approximately a hour. The kids were practically done with all of their tokens by the time the food came. The pizza wasn't even warm so I'm pretty sure that they forgot to bring it out when it was done. Also, I don't know when Chuckie started doing this but he comes out and performs for the kids and then makes it rain on the kids with game tickets. They were all bent over scrambling to pick up the tickets. I just thought that was weird and didn't like it. If you're gonna give out tokens hand it to them. Total rip off: the food is so overpriced considering that you get a nasty pizza and unhealthy soft drinks. The new concept that you can only win 5 tickets no matter how good or bad you are sucks in my opinion. Bring your earplugs: for the kids it's the absolute overload of senses and they had fun so I guess I have to be back. Service is standard. Terrible place. I've been here before and it was ok. We ordered our food and 40 mins after were still waiting for it. We had to inquire for status and got our COLD pizza and platter, which also had the wrong order of chicken wings. The place is very understaffed with front attendants being the cooks, and delivering food to the tables. There's no sense of customer service. You dont see a manager around, you have to keep going to the front to inquire for food and at the end it's cold and wrong, super greasy food. AVOID THE SAMPLE PLATTER AT ALL COSTS. It serves the purpose of entertaining the kids. We usually avoid eating there, but we bring our children (ages 5 and 3) to enjoy the variety of activities. They have a nice setup where the younger kids are one side and the older on another. It really doesn't matter much, but it helps since the younger ones are not as stable and don't look where they are going as often. It avoids any additional reasons to cry. Pricing is reasonable for the little kid activities. We have eaten there once - I would recommend going elsewhere to eat. Make this your after-eating spot to incentivize your children to eat their food to earn this as a treat. Chucking and his band leave a lot to be desired with today's technology, but my kids are entertained by them for two or three minutes, which is a win. read more

I give a four star though because my son Michael fell off the big truck simulator? And got a bloody nose. I think the safety may be a big issue but other than that I highly recommend. Avoid all NJ Chuck E Cheese's - This one gives out a standard 5 tickets no matter how good or bad you do. When I complained they said it's because NJ gambling laws prohibit giving out "jackpots" or bonuses. LAME. They don't even give good coupons anymore. read more

We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here last weekend and it was a huge hit. We scheduled the 10:00 a.m. on Saturday which allowed the kids to roam and play without the large crowds. The place started filling in at around 11:30 a.m. so it worked out perfectly. The staff really made the event enjoyable. Everything was efficient. Sam, our manager assigned to the party, was incredibly organized and helpful throughout. We would come back here in a heartbeat. read more

I've been waiting to place an order for more than 30 min.. and all I want is drink... fine you close in an hour your oven is closed... but can I quench my thirst damn it.....my favorite part is watching the staff ignore eye contact so they don't have to even answer any of my questions. We had our son's first birthday here and everything was great! The staff member assisting with our party was super helpful and efficient and constantly ensured we had everything we needed. She even gave us a bunch of coupons in the end which saved us a nice amount. Great service, great party, our son had a great time :-) read more
