So if you schedule a big order, make sure you pick the time accordingly to give them more time to prep your food, or what we did was, when we got to the place at 5pm, we told them we made an online food order for 630pm. They couldnt see our order yet so they copied our order down from our receipt and gave it to the kitchen so they could start prepping our order Ive hosted 2 parties here before and they went great. My cousin wanted to host a party here, but she decided last minute (day of) so she wasnt able to book birthday party. However, we still went in regularly and found our own tables to sit at and they let us bring a birthday cake. We bought pass cards and points for all the kids using my Gold fun pass. 1000 play points only came out to about $110. For 10 kids, each kid had 100 points which is a good start, may last them like 1.5-2 hours depending on what games they play and how fast they play it. Can always add more points if needed. I've threw at least 4 birthday parties here over the past 3 years and it's always a great time. It's easy to book a party online (you pick the location, then the date and time, and how many kids) then the store will call you the day before to confirm the number of kids and adults. It's affordable and the kids also have a great time and there's food for adults too. Our party host was always Maria and she's so great! She's very attentive and nice. As an adult attending a child birthday party, Chuck E Cheese is a nostalgic place that I'm glad to see is still existing. This location is huge with an even bigger parking lot. They have undergone a renovation, so the space is great for parties or just a play day for the kids. There is even jumpers for the kids to run their energy out, which you don't see at every Chuck E Cheese. There's games and pizza, what more does a kid (and adult) want? This establishment is on a steady decline... slow service, horribly understaffed and dirty. For the money you spend on food and play points you would expect that at the very least the kiddie rides would work but I've lost several points on machines that reboot every time you scan your card. The two saving graces to this location are the food, which is excellent fast food pizza and the poor line hostess manning not only the kid check but the front counter at the same time. This example of an excellent employee (whose name as per my receipt was Lola) did her best to manage the hundreds of people entering the location while taking food orders and the purchasing of play points. I truly hope that this review finds her some recognition by her supervisors because she deserves it. This place wouldn't allow my baby In because she's not vaccinated for covid. How can you people comply with such insanity. This vaccine just came out ! Horrible service!! First off I waited about 30 minutes in line just to order and purchase game cards, due to only one cashier being present on a Saturday. I finally get to the front to order and the cashier begins to tell me that she has orders from the manager to not take any food orders for 20 minutes due to a backup in orders so she takes my order and tells me it will be about 40 minutes before it's ready. I tell her it's fine we will just play games in the meantime. An hour passes before we get the food and when it comes I go to take a bite of the pizza and it wreaked of bleach. I pick up another slice to see if maybe my nose was smelling wrong & nope next piece smells like bleach as well. I immediately tell my kids who are already starving at this point to drop the pizza and I walk it over to the "manager". I tell him to smell it and he confirms it does smell like bleach but it's not harmful but he will make us a new one. Mind you I'm still waiting the wings I ordered as well. I go back to the table and wait about another 30 minutes before I go up and say to him is my pizza done yet? He proceeds to ask me if I was sitting at the table which is clearly visible through the glass window and says I was looking for you... Really when you are telling me you saw me through the glass window. He then tells me my pizza has been sitting there for a while & he needs to reheat it. So I then asked about the wings & he says it's coming now. I wait for them to reheat the pie and take the food and walk away trying to avoid any further issues. Food was cold & stiff. Cheese for over 20 years I brought both of my boys here every other weekend and they had a wonderful time the food was always delicious the pizza was slamming and the games are always wonderful. Because shears are always pleasant and patient especially with dealing with children and trying to get something to eat. Nice place to take your family for an affordable "stay-cation" kind of day. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their pizza was. We ordered the sausage pizza and got the salad bar just in case we were still hungry. When we paid for our food, we were handed the standard purple plates for the salad bar. The salad bar items themselves were delicious and fresh, however the salad bar area was untidy, and I did see several children helping themselves to croutons and diced ham. Given, they did use tongs, but c'mon, the salad bar was right next to the register and no one said anything to them. So I proceed to get my salad with my purple plate and an employee approaches me from behind the salad bar and says "Ma'am, if you want salad, you need to pay for it", to which I replied that I already had. She then asked to see my receipt. I'm standing there with my son, being accosted at a salad buffet over $6.99. I show her my receipt, and she bluntly stated "Well, the salad plates are black, you should've asked for one". She retrieved a black plate from right next to the register (the cashier didn't think I would have an issue with the salad police??), and silently handed it to me. I took a deep breath, amidst the screaming, running chaos that is an indoor arcade, and transferred my Cobb salad to the 'black' plate. When I looked up, the rude employee was gone, no "sorry about that" or anything. Whatever. I stewed for about five minutes over my pizza and salad before I realized how fun some of the games looked. After eating, we all got right into the action and played the drag racing games, basketball and football shooting games, deal or no deal, water shooting, and even a simulated roller coaster ride (similar to the ones that are $10 at Coney Island), along with to many more to mention. They usually close at 11 p.m. on the Saturday we went, but they let us, as well as several other families there, stay until we cashed in our tickets, well past 11:15, with no rush to get us out. So this is a pretty standard Chuck E. Cheese. Most of machines are in working order and they have bumper cars. However there are many times you play for a game and there are no tickets. I've had a family try to steal my kids scooters and the drink area can get pretty messy. Again it's a standard Chuck E. Cheese. However the manager is very nice and understanding and if you bring to their attention you lost something or the tickets need refilling they will help you.
