Facility is kept very clean. Good range of activities that are safe and fun for kids. Workers are friendly.

I took my son here yesterday for the first time. We found the facility to be very clean and sunny and bright. The staff were very kind. At one point, my son had lost me and he went up to the front desk and one of the staff reassured him that would be okay and helped him find me and even gave him a big hug. He was so grateful. Another staff showed him her cool hat with bunny ears that would stick up with a pump thing. She gave him a little toy when we were leaving and he was overjoyed. He found other kids around his age to play with, and they played very nicely together. They sell snacks and bottled water, which is a huge plus, since we both are always hot. It was a positive experience and we plan to return. We appreciated the kindness. Additionally, my son is on the spectrum and felt very comfortable. He has sensory processing issues, but the noise level didn't bother him. read more

Such an awesome place for toddlers!! The staff was nice. The only concern was that the place clearly meant for children allowed a father to bring 5 teenage boys who were way too old to be playing and horsing around little children, throwing things at each other and making every parent have to hover over their toddler because they were being teenagers. I think there should be an age limit because these boys were my height and were running around the whole place for hours. Much smaller than we expected it to be. My little one had fun though but the Playlist is a bit inappropriate for a children's establishment as there were several songs with sexual lyrics and one with swearing. I also don't like that you dont have access to the waiver until after you sign it. read more

Went here with my friends' kids. Very impressed. The places are very nice and clean. A lot of playing spots and facilities for the kids to tire themselves out. The prices are very reasonable. Only $25 for 2 hours. Also saw that they offer private birthday party with different themes (custom). The decorations look amazing. The staffs are very nice, patient and friendly. Well explained for every question that I asked. Definitely come back again. And definitely a great place to consider for kids' parties. This is not just a heaven for the kids, but also for the parents to relax and relieve. Overall, highly recommended. read more

Great place! Can't wait for the ball pit. A bit on the expensive side, and adults have to buy their socks if entering the soft play area which I think it's too much. We paid close to $100 and had to purchase adult socks. I'm not going to take a star away for that. The place is cool and my kids had a lot of fun. The owner is friendly and very nice. read more

My daughter loves this playground and always ask me to bring her back. It's very clean and neat here, they even have a staff to vacuum the floor and organize the toys all the time. I've been to the a birthdayy party here host by my daughter's classmate. It was amazing and the kid had so much fun!! I will book my daughter's birthday here with no doubts. 1st time here in support of a 4yr olds birthday celebration. Overall for children it's not bad. As for affordability, I'm not sure but as per their party price list, seems reasonable. I like to start Everyone with 5 stars and then we go from there. 1 star taken away is for the location being on the 2nd floor meaning it is not WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY because there is no elevator. The bathrooms are wheelchair friendly though ‍. Last star taken away is due to the requirement of socks only in the facility and the restrooms are right in the mix so you will be entering a dangerous floor with socks. So not a place for me but a place if you don't have to use the restroom and don't have a child or person with a wheelchair. Even if they had elevators, the wheel chair wont pass their entry system. read more

If you have kids and you want to bring them to an indoor playground this place is the right place to go. They have multiple play areas and different sections with different toys. They have small lockers inside. No food or drinks inside the area. Each parent is $10, $25 per play for 2 hours unlimited would be $38. They do have packages that you could buy from them. It's you save a lot from buying the packages. This is a place where your kids can meet other kids to play or even just play by themselves. Parents are allow in, it is $10 per parent. They have a huge play house inside, sand bead area, trampoline, kitchen for the kids to play, party area to have birthday parties, kids play make up area and dress up for the kids to dress up. Various amount of playing areas. It does get crowded but it's not too bad. They do put a bracelet on the parents to scan to get inside. They have snacks and toys in the front that you could buy for the kids. If it's too hot outside this is a spot where you can take your kids to play too. Highly recommended for parents who want to meet other parents too. read more

2nd time going & it was probably our last time taking our daughter there. From the cubby space to the whole playground it is filthy and unsanitary for little ones to play around. Cookies and chicken nuggets left in the slide area. Even heard the workers screech about seeing a mouse. We're in NYC I get it there's mice everywhere but the hygiene they have deff doesnt help the problem. No thanks ! read more

We drove from New Jersey to here and they said we couldn't come in for a private birthday. I saw them on TikTok so I didn't know they had a website and they said it was closed when we came. I searched it up on maps that all they should have said they had a website on TikTok. My 6 year old nephew started crying because we were trying to celebrate his 6th birthday. VETERANS ROAD LOCATION I don't EVER do this but as suggested by many I feel I have to be a voice for my non verbal child who is 4 years old that is diagnosed on the spectrum/autism spectrum disorder. Today we tried Just Kidding Universe Playground on Veterans Road. We went in for 30 seconds when Jade and I were told she had to wear socks. So they charged me for the socks (even though she arrived with her own socks.) For many who know Jade she has her routines and we work hard to assist with adjustments in her routines. So i spent time nicely explaining that Jade is an autistic 4 year old and she has difficulty wearing socks. They said to basically try and if she won't wear them she needs to leave and they will refund me. I do not care one bit about the money but as a parent it infuriates me. I mentioned already she is non verbal and has difficulty comprehending the reasoning behind having to wear socks. They literally even tried to tell me (maybe you shoukd try to talk to her) after I had to say it more than once. I am not looking for special treatment when it comes to my child because I work VERY hard to introduce routines to her that she may have difficulty with because moving on in life there will unfortunately be many situations that will be hard for her. After ten minutes of my child having a meltdown and refusing the socks they jumped in and said they would refund me and we had to leave. The point is that for any parent of a child with special needs now I have to work hard to remove and transition her from the environment that she had so much fun playing in for a brief 10 minutes. Their attitude was basically "Sorry." As a parent I am heartbroken and I am furious that we live in a stage in life where there is Autism Acceptance and clearly at Just Kidding Indoor Playground they are certainly not. This may not be the experience for most but this truly hurt me as it hurt my child. If you are a parent of a child with special needs I suggest to second think ever visiting a place like this as I have many friends with children that are not on the spectrum now that will never even think of going to this place ever again. We wound up going to We Rock The Spectrum in Staten Island where Jade LOVES to visit and she is ACCEPTED! Maybe some may or may not agree with me and that is fine, but I refuse to stand quiet when it comes to my child who just wants to be accepted like everyone else. read more

I have been to many indoor playgrounds and this is by far the worst. This place host open play and birthday parties at the same time, which is fine but the place is extremely crowded and disorganized. I brought my 2 1/2 year old to open play and older kids around 8-12 were running full speed and pushing and knocking down the smaller kids. These kids were wild and rough to mix in with younger kids. You have older kids coming down the slide full blast, knocking into 1-3 year olds and knocking them over. This place is not safe for toddlers or smaller kids. This place needs order, safety measures, limit to how many people (kids and adults) are allowed in at one time and maybe try considering age groups for open play. Parties for older kids shouldn't be mixed with open play for toddlers. They also need to clean the bathrooms better and throughout the day. You can't wear shoes in this place which is great but who wants to enter this bathroom with their socks when there's dirty tissue and pee on the floor. They should give booties for your feet or supply clean slippers in the bathroom. Will not be returning and will be telling other parents with smaller kids to stay away. read more
