He has tremendous insight and abilities to be able to, gently and with great empathy, patience, and tenacity to guide and help me to explore, not only the what of a problem but also why and deftly guides me to a solution. He has earned my respect and I appreciate his wisdom but mostly I feel he genuinely cares deeply about his clients and their welfare. It was easy to trust him and be totally honest with no worry about feeling judged. I have lots of experience with therapy and different therapist but with Jonathan I have had the best connection and trust of them all! He is very talented, gifted, wise and compassionate. He is able to see behavior and motivation through different lenses to simplify complex issues and lead you out of confusion and being stuck to develop a solid, workable treatment plan to get moving again and regain joy and hopefulness I thought was lost and unreachable. He is solid, dependable, seasoned and creative working to relieve the pain and suffering that brought me to seek help in the first place! I feel very lucky to have found him and can without any reservations, recommend him to anyone. I am so very grateful to him and the way he looks at the whole person and not just a bunch of symptoms.

I have written this review on another review site, but I had such a horrendous experience, I want…read moreothers to know how potential patients are treated. Based on my brief experience with High St, I would never go to them in 10000 years. I called in the middle of August asking if they took the insurance I would have as of Sept 1st. I spoke to a woman who had absolutely no idea whether or not they took that insurance, asked me to 'hold on' numerous times while she spoke to other people in the background, had my ear blown out by an insanely loud dog, still got no answer, but had my information taken down at least two separate times without any indication why I was repeating the exact same information. (to be clear, i was not asked to repeat. i was asked later in the conversation as though it had never happened the first time.) flash forward to this month. i got voicemails from two different receptionists asking me to call to set up some sessions for the month. one of the messages alluded to the knowledge that I would be enrolled in [my insurance] as of the first. I called back and was transferred directly to the doctor's voicemail. i gave my name, insurance, and number and mentioned that someone from his office had called me. The doctor called me back and left me a message sounding utterly clueless as to who I was. There had clearly been no communication between the doctor and the receptionists. In the message he told me I needed to tell him my insurance and "what it is you're looking for." Funny, since various receptionists had this information, and I had just said it on the voicemail I left him. I called back and spoke to him, told him my insurance, etc. Wasn't I surprised to find out that even though I was called this month because they knew I had just enrolled in [my insurance], THEY DONT EVEN TAKE THAT INSURANCE. Thanks for wasting my time! Despite this, the doctor convinced me to set up an appointment with him to see if he was "right for me" by telling me they would only charge me if I set up a second appointment. Then, as though this weren't all enough of a useless pain, the initial barking dog receptionist called me the next day because the doctor had asked her to call and confirm my appointment. When I said that I had just made that appointment by speaking to the doctor the previous day she said, "oh, well, lots of the receptionists here don't communicate." Right, because that has anything to do with me speaking directly to the doctor. All I took away from this was that for a place that is supposed to help people and listen to them, they sure suck at communicating and they certainly do nothing to relieve any anxiety whatsoever.
