I have a lifetime warranty with the fireplace that I chose and now I have to pay for everything out of pocket to use a different dealer because they refused to take responsibility for the installation job that was poached. They are horrible, horrible and is a horrible ref to work with anybody and was extremely rude when I asked him to come and fix it. He refused to come and fix it and didn't let me know until I already taken off and work and waited for them to come. I called him and asked him where they were at after I received a voicemail from him saying they weren't showing up he said he refused to work with me and would not fix what they did that. It was my fault that it was leaking smoke. Do not do not give your money and do not do business with them. There are other Regency Fireplace dealers. You've been warned.
