Today after work I called Jay Warner to ask if they take walk-ins to get a quote to repair a vehicle or if I had to make an appointment. A lady answered my call and said that they take walk ins and I told her I would be there shortly. I drove to Ponca and got to the shop. First thing when I opened the door this old man (didn't get his name) was sitting playing on his phone didn't even look up at me and asked what I needed. I told him that I was here to get a quote for my truck, we hit a deer. He asked if I have taken pictures for insurance (while still looking at his phone) and I told him yes and that I needed a quote for repairs to give to them. He then told me that Fridays are his busiest days and that it would be wasting his and my time if he came out to look at it. I told him that I just called and I was told that I can walk in to get a quote, the whole reason I came to Ponca. He told me that it was a waste of time and that I should just leave to get help elsewhere, he then got back on his phone. I turned around and slammed the door. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. My MIL sent me here and I have heard many other good things about this company to go here. They have lost our families business. If you ever need a car fixed do NOT go to Jay Warner. Awful customer service.

AAA, when we placed a call, estimated an hour for help; but we were panicking because we needed to pick up our granddaughter "now" from an after school event and didn't like to think of her alone after dark, waiting for us. AAA relayed the call to Jay Warner and, very soon thereafter, we received a most pleasant and encouraging call from their driver who said he was already on the way to help us. Our young rescuer made quick work of the flat tire, inflated and installed our spare and even advised us which roads to take to our destination to avoid the bumpy dirt roads that we should try to avoid with that "toy" spare. The service was quick and well done and the young man who came knew his business and was very helpful, pleasant and encouraging. He brought a good conclusion to what could have been a very bad situation had we not been able to quickly recover and pick up our granddaughter safely. We'd recommend Jay Warner any time!
