I recently used Chuck's carpet cleaning for some very soiled carpets. We have a number of pets who are older in life and frequently have accidents. The young couple who run the business couldn't have been nicer. They were prompt and did an excellent job on the rugs as well as some tile floors. It is a little bit embarrassing, but they did such a good job they wanted to take pictures of the "before and after" to show the results.
