After initially evaluating homes in the upstate South Carolina area, we discovered the type of home and neighborhood we ideally wanted within our budget would be a bit difficult to achieve, and so we re-evaluated our search criteria, & decided to focus on the mid-state area (Lexington/Columbia) which unfortunately Mike & Carol do not handle, however - they were quite understanding of our needs and desire to stay within our strict budget, and desire to select a community which features a clubhouse & pool amenity, along with a natural gas community as well, so they kindly referred us to one of their partners, Real Estate Expert - Brett Windsor, with Olivia Cooley Group at Keller Williams Realty.
