Regular, reliable and definitely the lowest priced mailing service out there. My church St Mary's has used them for the last three years. I forgot to order Easter offering envelopes and when I called them they had them delivered by the next day. I am content. read more

It all entails poor customer service, rude remarks, etc. Today, I went in the store to return 2 small Amazon packages. I didn't look at the time, but the door was ajar and the lights were bright and ladies were at the desk forward facing. I just walked right in. The door was ajar and unlocked, after all. Nope. They still had 5 minutes until they opened apparently and they YELLED at me to get out. The lady followed me back (my one step into the doorway) and locked the door behind me. Why was the door unlocked if the store was closed anyways?? I don't have a problem with it being closed, but they were really rude and raised their voices at me. It was a really unpleasant experience.

All three men that came out were more than professional, kind and knowledgeable. They were honest and did not charge me for anything that didn't need done. The water pressure ended up being nothing to have to do anything with. The two men that came for the outside tried to jet the drain we thought was a French drain. They found out it was not and didn't even charge for that service. They also provided names for possible people to install one that is needed. It's rare you find a great reliable company let alone a local family one any more. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality top notch service!

Dear God I have no idea how this place hasn't burnt to the damn ground by now with all the faulty machinery and paper everywhere. I'd rather stand outside on the street with a tin cup for money than ever work at this place again. read more
