That said, Morwell Motel is a lovely place. The room was really nicely decked out and was equipped with a majorly comfortable double bed. They also offer breakfast delivered to your room with basic cereal and toast options (you have a toaster to make toast yourself). You also have your own Nespresso machine to make pod coffee. The room also has flat screen tv and nice art work on the wall and is equipped with air con. It's a really comfortable place to stay and seeing what else the area has to offer its one of the best places to stay. What makes it as well, is the staff are so friendly and chatty. They have the cutest chocolate labs that come into reception to say hello, that the owners let come out to the foyer for you to pet if you want them to. Definitely worth booking in for a well deserved comfortable nights stay.

We stayed here for 8 days for a rate of $1299. Rooms are very basic. Double bed and 3 single beds…read morein family rooms, (2 bedrooms) The carpets were dirty, and rooms were only serviced once while we stayed. All other days we got towels and tea and coffee. The grounds man was a bit hasty in his leaf blowing (worst job I've seen a.leaf blower do) Rooms have a bar fridge, microwave,iron,cups bowls and plates with basic cutlery. The restaurant wasn't open its only open Tuesday and Thursdays. It's right beside the train line which can be noisy. Overall as for value for money and compared to what else is available we feel Farnham Court Hotel just doesn't compete or come close to other hotels in the area. We seen rooms in other hotels with full size fridges and coffee machines and king size beds. If Farnham Court wants to increase guest numbers they need to step up.
