Visiting this location the counter staff were welcoming and accommodating when we asked for all Thighs. We were told it would take a little time to cook the extra thighs which was fine as we know it would be hot and fresh. It seemed staff was a little behind keeping product ready as the front cash registers and drive through got backed up quickly with long wait times for orders.
