Wendy's on Westmount in kitchener has gone way down hill…read more Ordered two double stacks, a JBC and 10 piece nuggets and I can tell you right now that none of it was fresh. From the moment we ordered our food it took only a minute to get to our car and everything was cold. The chicken felt like it's been sitting out all day then refried for 30 seconds. Half my food was thrown away and this isn't even the first time it's happened. Seems to be a common problem with this location and they don't seem to be doing a thing about it. No way that it took 30 seconds to fully cook an order of nuggets. They usually have you pull around front because it takes a while. Definitely not going back to this location. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting.
